予算を節約してバリ島の雰囲気を楽しめる宿

オベロイ通りから近い。スタッフは笑顔で挨拶をしてくれる。フロントとWHATSAPPのチャットでやりとりできるので、英会話に自信がなくても要望を伝えられる。事前に送迎を予約しておいたら、深夜にもかかわらず、空港にGIRIさんが迎えにきてくれた。(送迎の支払いはチェックアウトのとき、450000rp) プールが部屋の前にある。ホテル全体の外観、石像や緑の植栽、フランジパニの花など、バリ島の雰囲気は感じられる。貸金庫はフロントにあり、自分用とフロント用の鍵が揃わなければ開けられないから、安心できた。クーラーが水漏れして、フロントに対応を求めたら、すぐに修理してもらえた。毎日飲料水、インスタントのコーヒーや紅茶が補充された。湯沸かし器、冷蔵庫がある。

朝食はモーニングメニューから一つ選ぶが、どれも美味しくなかった。コーヒーも薄く、パンも乾燥して硬かった。シャワールームの天井の一部に屋根がなく、ネットが張られていたが、トカゲの鳴き声や激しい雨音がきこえる。夕方に部屋に戻ると断水になっていてトイレもシャワーも使えない時が1日あり、フロントに何度か対応を求めると水とバケツが配られ、夜中に断水は復旧した。部屋の中で、洗濯物を干す場所がない。シャワールームのあたりに濡れた水着を干すための、引っ掛けるところが欲しかった。

Ideal villa for a complete destress

Staff were amazing. Check in and check out very easy. Room service and any requests were dealt with very quickly in what'sapp. Villa was large, modern, and private pool was very clean. Large aqua water station for on tap hot and cold water was an excellent feature. Daily breakfast delivered to our villa was great and always on time. Complimentary afternoon tea was extremely tasty and a lovely touch.

Private kitchen area, crockery and furnishings a bit dated. Hard to find something we didn't like.

Highly recommend

We couldn’t fault this resort. The rooms were good size and nice looking out to the pool. The staff were amazing, friendly and so helpful with all our needs. The location is perfect and so close to main area and the pool was lovely where we could order cocktails right from WhatsApp to be delivered. The full body massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. We would love to come back another time.

Good value for money really, apart from the smell there it is great for families to stay.

We had a 4 Bedroom villa, It was definitely big enough which was a big tick, The private pool was big enough also. The gym there is modern and nice to use. The Staff are amazing and Helpful. All 4 bedrooms were pretty much the same and the aircon worked well in all 4 bedrooms.

The Kitchen, I like to look after myself and the Kitchen was not very nice to use.. Very dirty and a very bad smell came from only god knows where.. I ended up taping one of the cupboards to try and trap the smell. The water out of the taps wasn't the most pleasant to use, I know its not recommended to use any tap water but for some reason the water was different to other places we had stayed in Bali. The Villa common area is open plan, I liked the aspect of it all but it got really hot and had to hide in the room as there was no aircon in the common area.

Das Frühstück . Kein Buffet . Man musste am abends auswählen was man frühstücken möchten. Wurde dann auf einem Teller , abgedeckt mit Frischhaltefolie, serviert.

Great resort to stay at and we would visit again

Staff were polite, friendly and accommodating of requests

As with a lot of Bali resorts there is little consistency in the step height to tread depth. Wife was on a walking aid which was difficult to manage because of the height and depth differences. But as said above this is not just a problem at Mutiara

Amazing location, big rooms, comfy.

Pool was amazing but suitable for kids 8+ Rooms were huge. Lounge area was great.

Beds were very hard to sleep on. There was no cutlery.

Was relaxing except for the cats in ceiling.

Breakfast was good, location very good.

Getting a little bit out dated. Complained about something in the ceiling 3 times,turned out to be cats was not happy and always at night and morning so sleep was a problem and only got offered a free transfer to airport.

Book now and you won't regret it

Staying at the private villa was outstanding. There's lots of surrounding space in the bedroom, bathroom, outdoor kitchen, and private pool. We had no issues with any loud guests or noises from outside the resort. Walking distance to plenty of shopping, restaurants and massages and to the beach. Wish we stayed longer.

Nice pool. Big rooms. Close to the beach. Very friendly staff.

Masaage saloon was smelly and additional bed in the room was charged extra (it was not visible while booking the place). Food could be better.

As much as I would like to leave a positive rating, the giant cockroaches coming up out of the bathroom drain were just too horrifying. Relaxing and sleeping were problematic to say the least.

Wij waren hier voor 1 nachtje op doorreis. Prima bed. Dicht bij de winkels en restaurant. Prima prijs kwaliteits verhouding.

Er was geen kluis op de kamer. Maar daar heb ik dan ook niet op gelet bij het boeken.

Great 3 bedroom Villa - Awesome place for singles, couples and families.

Great place to visit as a group of couples or singles. Had an awesome time in this villa. They use WhatsApp for all communications and it makes life much easier. You can order food and drinks via phone. Good breakfast options in the morning. Close to many areas - shopping strips, convenience stores, SPA's (massage) Welcoming staff. Great place to stay - we took the 3 bedroom villa.

Walk. Swim in pool. Eat. Sleep. Repeat.

I was in a pool villa, it was quiet, spacious, bed comfortable, very tasty food. The location made it easy to visit spots around Kuta, Seminyak etc. All the staff members greeted you with a big smile. Big thank you to the 3 staff members I saw the most, Ms Sri, Ms Armini, and Mr Sucita, I miss you all! Thank you to all the staff.

There was no steps into the pool, just a ledge to step onto, so had to be real careful getting in and out. For people with bad legs, it would be a problem.

pool only for they were working by the pool and mashing a lot of noise

the hotel is not a 4 star it’s around a 2 it’s shabby and needs refurbishment breakfast is limited you can only order 1 dish which is really strange

it was nice. friendly staff and my children enjoyed their space

we lived in the villa so it was nice to have own pool which was good size and good depth. the staff were very friendly and wanted to help wherever possible. big pool was also nice.

the villa is quite outdated and felt not so clean most of the time. the air con did not work for the first night so we were very hot but they replaced it the following day with a new one.

The location is great, it’s very quite tucked away from the main area of Seminyak. Quick walk to Seminyak shops. The Villa was spacious and clean, the private pool was huge!

The bed was too firm for me, but I do prefer a more plush mattress.

The villa was nice but a little dated.

the pathway was uneven big trip hazard and our mothers could not get in the pool as no stairs or ladder. The villa was a huge walk from reception. no telephones. breakfast was always over cooked and cold. no safes in room.
