Italian-style hotel with great brekafast, but dissapointing
Very nice design - not modern, but stylish, Italian, villa-like. Check-in was super quick and the staff showed us to our room. We booked a triple room (we're a couple), as other rooms weren't available. What surprised us was that we had 2 bathrooms, which was great (room 305). The bed was big, the bedsheets were new and clean, and we liked the memory foam pillows most. Cleanliness is a big plus in this hotel, especially in the bathrooms. Someone mentioned that they could sweep the floors more often, but it was still acceptable. There's a minibar with 2 small bottles of complimentary water (replenished daily). Body gel&shampoo (it's a 2in1) bottles and toilet paper are also always available. You'll also find a toothbrush, small toothpaste, intimate hygiene gel, cotton swabs and pads, a small nailfile, and a hair elastic. As for the breakfast, which was most important for us as we like to eat a big one, didn't disappoint. If you like sweets in the morning, you'll be in heaven - sweet pastries, yogurts, lots of fruit, juices. It's hard to find a hotel in Italy where they serve savoury breakfast, but here you'll get bread rolls, toast bread, scrambled eggs&bacon and depending on the day, a variety of cheeses and Italian hams. There are also a few different kinds of cereal, granola, milk and cookies. When it comes to coffee, you have to order it at the bar and they'll bring it to your table. The espresso was too sour for us, but they also have americano, cappuccino etc. The outdoor breakfast area is really nice with a waterfall and beautiful mosaics. The hotel grounds are well-maintaned. All of the staff we talked to were polite and helpful. There's plenty of parking on 3 levels (the hotel is on a hill) and it's free, but might be busy if there's a party at the hotel's restaurant. There's a sea view from the pool area and the pool itself is nice and cleaned everyday. Sunbeds and umbrellas are new.
The worst thing about this hotel is the parties by the pool and in the restaurant. We stayed 9 nights, and on 4 of them there was a party. As others said in the reviews, the walls are paper-thin and our room had a pool view and the restaurant's patio view on the other side (worst combo), so it was as we were at the party. We even saw the staff partying with the guests and one night I think they had a staff party by the pool. Most night the parties ended around 23/midnight, but it was still an inconvenience as we go to bed at 22. One night there was a dance with extremely loud music, we went to the reception to complain and they said it ends at 23:30 and that they left notes in the rooms (we didn't get one). I have to admit that the staff was understanding and promised the music will stop at 23:30 and it did. The location is next to a busy road and you can hear it by the pool, so it's not very relaxing. Breakfast doesn't offer any vegetables, but we stayed in 3 different hotels in Sicily and only one offered them and it was tomatoes only. Depending on the day and the amount of guests, they didn't always replenish the food.

Nice hotel with concessions
Good breakfast with salty, fresh and sweets selection. The crew was very friendly. Nice and clean pool area.
This hotel was chosen to get relaxed and spent calm time by the pool and in the room. Hope was big, because the hotel wasn’t in the city centre. Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and every evening were some events til 10 pm with loud music. One night it lasted almost til midnight (allegendly in the villa, what is located next to hotel). Rooms walls are not soindproof. We could hear all the door opening/closing; everything what people in the next room talked about, what they listened and watched from TV.

Location elegante
Struttura fantastica, staff molto disponibile, gentile e alla mano. Colazione molto abbondante in una location con cascata molto elegante, rilassante. Camera ampia ,piscina strepitosa.
