Die Lage ist Top!! Zimmer ok.

Ein Frühstück-Buffet könnte für die Hotelgrösse schon angeboten werden und keinen Tisch Service! Es wir alles einzeln Verrechnet!! Produkte waren aber sehr gut!! Das Service Personal war teilweise sehr arogant !! Dem Hotel fehlt die Liebe zum Detail !! Deko !! Herzlichkeit ???

Perfect location and excellent staff!

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are helpful and courteous, and breakfast at the adjacent restaurant is reasonably priced. The location of this hotel could not be better if you want to explore the old town.

Bamberg is worth the visit. We'll be back!

The location right in the old town centre is perfect. You can drop off your luggage and park in a nearby parking garage or, what we did, park in the garage and take a 5-minute walk. The breakfast is menu-based, not buffet. This is understandable as buffet based would result in much food being wasted.

Exceptional hotel, amazing view, warm stuff, great food, beautiful location! Totally worth it! The best referral in a while! I can't wait to come and stay there again! Bamberg + Nepomuk are the perfect combination both for work and leisure.

Wonderful location in medieval section of Bamberg. Great staff; fabulous restaurant on site. Hotel is historic structure but modernized very well inside. Very comfortable beds.

It was quite warm and no ac or fans in room. Highly recommend at least providing fans in rooms.

A lovely hotel in a super location with very helpful staff who were able to provide secure bike storage overnight.

The check in process was very fussy requiring lots of info. The al a carte breakfast was expensive

Best location and a great place to stay

Brilliant location on the water in Bamberg with a weir next door so you have the lovely sounds of rushing water when you open the windows. Perfect view from our room, great lift, good size room. Nice cosy bar with friendly staff, restaurant was also very nice, good food and good service, although one night they were rather slow and very full

Pillows are always a problem for me, and these could have been better. No fridge in the room was a minor inconvenience and no kettle.

Modern facilities in an old building. Perfect location for Bamberg.

No water heater and coffee machine in the room. About the heating system a proper instruction is needed.

Enjoyed our stay, will repeat it, but only for deluxe twin

Good. Concept of breakfast for 2 was good. Coffee price I thought was a little high.

Bathroom was too basic.

Very nice hotel literally on the water, comfortable and very well located. Very nice breakfast and restaurant also good.

There is no parking so one has to use public parking, which is expensive and has no reduction from hotel.
