Short stay but room was functional for what I needed

I only arrived to stay over night as I had an early flight ,room was clean but wall decor was a bit tired looking ,can’t really comment on much more as wasn’t there for long ,the checking in and out staff were friendly .

Poor experience, not worth the money

Late check in and the fact that was pet friendly

The cleaning standards were very poor, we found bugs in the room and the shower was dirty. The duvet from the bed wasn’t big enough for two people. It did not matter the size of our dogs, for 3 small size dogs (one of them weighting 2kgs) we were charged the same amount as we would’ve had 3 large dogs which I really don’t see fair. Overall it was a very poor experience, I understand it’s a economy hotel on the motorway but I expected at least clean and reasonable. It didn’t worth the money

Close to the airport. It is good for one night.

The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable.

The room was cramped and it was hard for two people to walk around. The towels were small.

great location, need to improve the breakfast.

This hotel is perfectly positioned for the airport, it only took us approx 10 minutes to walk from the arrivals exit and the road was relatively flat. The room was warm and quiet when we arrived, which was about 02:30, and there was tea making facilities in the room. extra pillows were available.

Arrived at the hotel at 2:30 in the morning, after already checking in on line the previous day for the receptionist to still struggle to find my booking and me having to trawl through emails to find reference. We were allocated room 184, and the shower in this room was horrid, there was excessive rust and ware around the drainage area, and was still hairs in the bottom - We did not use the shower for this reason. The breakfast was very disappointing, we arrived down at approx 9am and the whole selection was lukewarm at best with no microwave facility. the hash-browns were very hard and had the appearance and texture that they had been 'recycled' from a previous meal. there was a 'boil your own egg' facility but no guidance on timings, and as the water was not even simmering it was very hard to guess how long to cook them resulting in numerous half cooked eggs on most of the guest's plates, I cooked mine for 11 minutes in the end but still had a 'snotty' section - this facility needs addressing to avoid frustrated hungry guests.

Comodo ed essenziale

Molto comodo, pulito ed in posizione eccellente se avete un volo la mattina presto: in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il terminal. L’hotel è dotato di tutti i servizi essenziali ed è pulito e silenzioso. Buono il ristorante interno.

Avrei apprezzato il mini frigo in camera.

O hotel era perto do aeroporto. Uma mais valia para quem chega à noite. Cama confortável, limpo

Reservei 2 quartos, um deles com berço. Reforcei o pedido, foi confirmado e mesmo assim Quando chegamos não havia berço. Chegamos tarde ,reportamos o problema, foi nos dito que iam resolver, ficamos à espera e nada. Bebé teve de dormir no meio dos pais.

Lokalizacja (10 minut pieszo na terminal), miła, sprawna obsługa. Angielskie śniadanie. Warto skorzystać jeśli przylatujesz późno lub masz samolot wcześnie rano. Nie sprawdzaliśmy rozkładu lotów w nocy, ale nic nie było słychać - można się wyspać.

Brak lodówki w pokoju, malutki telewizor :)

Pre-flight over-nighter worked for us

The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good. I had beef lasagne. And the 20 minute walk to the airport terminal in the morning was ok.

Cheap hotel, it’s a place to rest your head and that about as good as it gets.

Location was good after a flight

Room was tiny and needed modernising. Hotel lobby smelled of oil/fried food and was dark and dingy.

Excellent Staff , shame about plumbing.

The staff were excellent ,friendly, efficient and were good humoured.

Lack sockets by bed and NO cold water. Found that out at 03:45 in the morning when I needed to take a shower and almost solved myself! Good team on site let down by poor maintenance procedures.

Vicinissimo all’aeroporto. 5 minuti a piedi. Struttura un po’ vecchia ma camere pulite. Reception accogliente e pronta ad aiutare. Letto molto comodo.

A lovely place if you don't have time and you need a quick place to stay nearby Luton Airport.

Reception and the people were very nice. The breakfast was good. The room was small yet had everything you need. Bed was really comfortable.

There is a huge lack of transport from the airport to the hotel. Wish there would be a shuttle that runs between the airport and the hotel.

I was glad we were only staying a few hours. I might try the other hotels next time.

We landed at 4am and walked to the Ibis with large cases - not recommended as it was a good 15 mins walk. Check-in was straightforward and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was ok although there was a considerable step up into the shower area - because it was a long shower cubicle water soaked the 'dry' area which meant it was quite slippery when getting down again...so be careful.

We had a twin room which was very small and tight to move around in. It was also the most uncomfortable bed I have slept on in a long time...very hard!
