Abit disappointing

Very good location.

1 pillow per person and they was absolutely awful. I saw the cleaners in the morning, they had better ones on the trolley. I asked if we could have some but was told no. We had to buy some pillows from primark so we could sleep comfortably the 2nd night. A disappointing to have had to do that when paying for a hotel. Never had to do that before

Very straightforward - No problems!

Location was great. Check-out was 12pm, which meant we didn't have to rush in the morning! 🙂

More tea and coffee in the room, so you don't keep having to ask Reception.

Good for the price, just need to invest in some comfier pillows, or have more than one available.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The location was good for our intended purpose.

The pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable so I struggled to sleep and woke up with a sore neck when I did eventually sleep

All in all, a pleasant stay. Would return.

Good location, friendly staff. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but standard for chain hotels.

My only complaint was the room was a little warm but that may just be me.

Overall a good stay but value for money is starting to be an issue

You always know what you get with Ibis and I always seek them out when whenever I can. Location very central with good links everywhere

Property is a bit dated, room was fine but the bathroom had a very strong sewage smell from the drains

No privacy! Don't ask questions.

The fact they had an iron room, so I could iron my clothes while my friend had to poo with the door open. The door didn't have a look and swung open....

Size of the beds. Mould all over the bathroom. The staff are always around but ask a question they can't answer it. The bar had absolutely nothing.

Location, 24hr food and drink service

Price of the room for 2 nights was a bit expensive and didn't include breakfast. Room wasn't the cleanest. Overall Just ok. Did not have cash option to pay for room.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einer guten Lage. Kann ich weiter empfehlen. Vollkommen preiswert.

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Bahnhof und ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe sind auch Restaurants zum Essen. Die Zimmer sind groß und mit eigenem Bad und Toilette ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war üppig und abwechslungsreich. Der Essensbereich ist nah am der Essensausgabe.

Kann mich an nichts erinnern. War alles super.

Los chicos que atienden son súper atentos y agradables !! Además su gerente es muy cordial y está atento a los requerimientos

No funcionaba el horno de la cocina, tuvimos que pedir room service, pero nada detiene a este equipo de trabajo, lo sustituyeron muy bien !!!

Just acceptable for price paid.

Location for Palace Theatre was good. Breakfast was good.

Pillow too big, couldn't get comfy. Room didn't feel clean, although bed sheets and towels were fine. Quite a bit of noise

Great location for city centre, Piccadilly train station. There was very little internal noise, staff were friendly and very accommodating.

I stayed on Tues and Weds evening. On Tues evening there was a big football match on in the city so the hotel became busy after the match. On Weds evening the bar had no beers on draught, the only drinks available were from the fridge, I feel this was short sighted and poor planning to have no draught drinks on tap. I also saw on 5 occassions a vole or mouse running from the kitchen around the dining area during quiet times, I assume it came in to keep warm, it did not bother me but could have alarmed other guests. The shower was not designed well, even with the lip in the flooring the water from the shower still went all over the bathroom floor.

Perfect for short stays. Comfortable , clean and affordable .

We upgraded to one of the newer rooms as we were meeting family, who were also staying. New room was wonderful. Staff bought us an ironing board and we left food for a member travelling late at reception .

Bar area was quite dark and impersonal .

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

The most noisy hotel I have ever stayed in. Two nights without sleep because of street shouting from 2am (nightclub closure?). Then an hour of rubbish bin / recycling bin collection/emptying from 4am. Not to mention the elevated tram/train track running past the hotel. Do you self a favour and book somewhere else.
