Aufgrund der zentralen Lage für Kurzaufenthalte sehr zu empfehlen.

Servicepersonal sehr aufmerksam. Früstücksbuffet war gut und wurde zeitnah wieder aufgefüllt. Leider waren die Räumlichkeiten in der Frühstückszeit für die anwesenden Hotelgäste ungenügend.

Bettenqualtität. Für zwei Personen zu eng, Bett zu weich.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Ein hübsches, kleines romantisches Zimmer. Abends waren wir in der Bar und der freundliche Barmann ist ein besonderes Lob wert. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal in der Altstadt, die viele schöne Lokale und Geschäfte bietet.

Ein sehr kleinen Bad ohne Fenster. Wie in vielen anderen Hotels auch, wurde hier auf die Weiternutzung der Handtücher hingewiesen. Gerne hätte ich meine Handtücher weitergenutzt, nur fehlt es an ausreichenden Aufhängmöglichkeiten. Der Heizkörper reichte hier für 2 Handtuchsets leider nicht aus. Das Zimmer war gleich das erste nach einer Eingangstüre zum Zimmertrakt. Zwei Stufen führten in den Flur. Das gab natürlich durch jedem hier her gehenden Gast allerhand Gepolter. Offensichtlich scheint vielen Gästen auch nicht klar zu sein, dass sie an Schlafräumen anderer Gäste vorbei gehen und unterhalten sich lautstark miteinander - ohne jede Rücksicht. Vielleicht wäre ein kleiner Hinweis an der Türe oder sogar im Flur sinnvoll. Zum Frühstück war das Restaurant sehr voll und die Tische wurden nur verzögert aufgeräumt. Bei den Säften gab es keine Gläser - entweder war zu viel los oder es fehlte die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals.

uitgebreid ontbijt. en een goed restaurant.

we hadden de pech dat heel erg vroeg in de morgen de straat/plein machinaal werd schoongemaakt, waarna werklui kwamen voor de opbouw van een podium op het plein met machines en veel metaal gekletter. en tot diep in de nacht lallende feestgangers. maar ja, het is ook in het centrum.

Lage und Service überwiegend gut, räumlich unübersichtlich, Gäste mit "Rücken" nur Altbau empfohlen

Der Aufenthalt war ingesamt zufriedenstellend. Frühstück und Restaurant inkl. Service gut.

Leider war der ansonsten sehr kompetente und freundliche Service in Teilbereichen (durch Krankenstand (?) oder Planung/Durchführung einer Tagung(?)) gelegentlich etwas "reduziert". Bei Ankunft und Abfahrt war der Wagenmeister anderweitig beschäftigt. Die engen Parkmöglichkeiten und Vorfahrt waren selbständig zu gestalten und ebenso der Gepäcktransport auf das und vom Zimmer, was angesichts der besonderen baulichen Situation beschwerlich sein kann, denn der "neue Anbau" (wir waren in seiner 3.Ebene ( 2 EZ) untergebracht) ist nur über einen offenen (allerdings glasüberdachten) Zugang von außen zu erreichen und besitzt KEINEN Fahrstuhl (Ausstattungsmerkmal "Aufzug"). Dieser soll überraschenderweise NUR im historischen ALTbau vorhanden sein.

Prijs van de kamer met ontbijt en parking bedraagt al snel E 200. Das redelijk fors.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Gemütliche und saubere Zimmer, tolle Lage, super Parkservice, schönes Frühstück, nette Mitarbeiter sehr ruhig trotz dass es mitten in der Altstadt ist.

top Frühstück und alles sehr gemühtlich

sehr verzwickte lage zu den Zimmern, aber man kann das auch urig finden. Mit dem Auto sehr eng zum Hotel zu kommen.

We needed to ask for extra pillows and flip flops were missing Beds not really confortable in my opinion

We loved the centre of Osnabruck and the location of the hotel, all beautiful.

Upon checking out the next day the receptionist was very friendly and asked us if everything had been satisfactory.

Upon checking in the receptionist was not interested in us. We knew that the restaurant was fully booked, but after a long trip from Berlin we expected to be able to sit at the bar or lounge to have a drink. But her answer was that it was also fully booked. But outside all the restaurants and other places were mostly closed because of 2nd day of Xmas and she could have known that and could have made an effort with some information where we could get some food.

Everything was perfect. Service at the reception, food at the restaurant, comfy bed, very big, clean and quiet room and the breakfast too. Lovely christmas market at the market place. I strongly recommend this hotel and we will be back.

Lovely hotel great location very clean

Arrived 15 mins early to the booked in time and told to go away as room wasn’t ready we asked if we could wait and have a drink ! This was not possible- €14 for parking tried to charge us €19 !!

Good location for a one night stay.

Good location. Helpful staff.

Odd room, very big with little in it. No carpet or rug on floor, all felt very cold and uncomfortable.
