Meine Auswahl des Hotels war perfekt

Die Unterkunft war erstklassig und das Essen war hervorragend. Aus meiner Sicht gibt es keine Kritik zu irgendeinem Punkt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und stellte den Gast in den Mittelpunkt.

Beware that the spa entry is not included when booking via booking .com it is better to book directly with the hotel.

A relaxing escape out of the city

very relaxing hotel with friendly staff and modern design. great place to stay to unwind

the hotel had an incredible wellness centre. sadly some areas required additional payment to book which seemed excessive given the already high cost of the stay. It is an escape from the city so something to be aware of when booking. It is 15/20 min drive from the city centre and located in a business park so not a place to go if you’re going to Gothenburg on a city break

This hotel would be good for a golf vacation

The staff were very good, friendly and helpful. The facilities were quite nice. The breakfast was excellent.

It was a bit confusing to reach from Gothenburg Central Station using Google Maps, and no one seemed to know which bus to take. If traveling by car, it would be much easier. The room was a bit warm in mid-May, and there was no AC. The spa was quite expensive. It is really a golf hotel & we were not playing golf.

As expected at a top quality hotel.

Breakfast and Bar food was excellent, as I was alone I did not use the full restaurant. Staff were super friendly and nice.

The Atrium room, would much rather been able to open my curtains and see the outside world and have natural light opposed to the bar and lounge below.

A very nice stay!

Really good food, both dinner and breakfast. Nice outdoor pool area with a warm pool. Nice room that had everything we needed. The temperature of the room was perfect!

The warm pool outside had cracks in the tiles and it was floating old napkins in the pool. A bit hard to find the parking lot, no signs. Also hard to find the entrance at the hotel.

Superb

Amazing breakfast, great service, nice side activities (board games), good quality fitness equipment and the pool was also a big plus. We had a very nice and relaxing stay!

Located near industrial site, nice park on the other side of the main road though. AC in our room didn't manage to cool the room sufficiently. We were a bit disappointed to hear that if you book with the hotel directly the pool would be included, which is not the case if you book via booking.com...

Exceptional

Staff very friendly except The bartender at Bula bar. Seemed like he didn’t want to be there and his service was poorly. We probably would have stayed for more drinks but his attitude and comments made us just leave. Otherwise all staff very kind and friendly both in spa and the restaurant.
