احازة سعيده و ستكرر انشا الله

الاستف و بالاخص طاقم الاستقبال بقياده استاذ محمد عبد المنعم حرص كل الحرص على تلبية رغابتى فى اكثر من غرفة و الطعام كان جيد الطهى و مناسب لكل الاعمار شاطى الفندق يتبع الفندق الشقيق فيروز يقع فى الصف الاول لكن المسافة صغيرة جدا للمشى و الشاطى روعة و مناسب جدا للاطفال مما اضاف للاقامة ميزة كبيرة لكن فريق الانميشن اقوى و امتع فى الفندق الاساسى من الفندق المقابل لا تفوتوا الاستمتاع بيه قبل الذهاب للبحر

الاكل فى حاجة لبعض التنوع هذا لا ينفى مذاقه الجيد و لكن التنوع لا يضر و الترفيه المسائى لو زادت مدته لانه فهلا جميل و ممتع

موقع الفندق فى قلب خليج نعمة يبعد 10 دقائق مشى وسع الفندق مما يتيح مساحة اكبر للتمشية و قضاء وقت ممتع باليل

الاكوا بارك فى حاجة للصيانة و ايضا بعد موقعها عن الغرف و فى حاجة لزياده مطالع لعربية الاطفال لسهوله الحركة فيها لكن تعتبر برضه اضافة للاقامة لا انكر

В этом отеле есть три больших плюса, которые перекрывают мелкие минусы. Это отличный пляж, возможно лучший в Шарме для многих. Пальмы, песок, хороший заход в море, есть карраловые рифы для неискушённых. Это центральный бассейн, где очень приятно проводить время, всё современно и стильно. Это центральное расположение, променад и Наама Бэй в пяти минутах ходьбы. Также отличный персонал, все стараются, везде чистота, на ресепшен помогают по любым вопросам, особенно спасибо Мохаммеду, работнику ресепшен, который помог. Номера большие, с большим балконом, большинство номеров с хорошим видом. Я приезжаю сюда третий год и думаю буду дальше приезжать, несмотря на небольшие минусы

Питание не очень вкусное и разнообразное, нужно постараться чтобы найти вкусные блюда, но всегда несколько есть, спустя три дня мы уже понимали где что взять. Но если честно готовят не очень вкусно. Дизайн центрального ресторана требует обновления, очень старомодные железные стулья, которые портят всю стилистику. С этой огромной столовой нужно немного поработать чтобы сделать привлекательный ресторан. Ресторан Аля карт на пляже испортили, раньше приходили как в ресторан с подачей блюд по меню, а сейчас сделали шведский стол, также не очень вкусно и даже выбор меньше. Не получили удовольствия от посещения. Номера со старой мебелью, но всё целое и выглядит нормально, если будет хороший вид с балкона то впечатления остаются положительные. Подушки не удобные. Не все на ресепшен умеют решать проблемы, нужно по несколько раз приходить. Вечерняя анимация худшая что я встречал в Египетских отелях, какой то примитив, неинтересно, за исключением одного дня, когда проводилась на центральном бассейне.

It should be underrated definitely not five stars

The location and the staff

There’s no WiFi, you get just one key to the room and when we asked for one more they said there’s no extra keys, the water park is very old and half of it doesn’t work, and at the pool bar there were not enough cups so the bartender kept washing the same cup for all guests, the floor near the pool is very slippery and it made from marble so it’s very very very hot , once the pool wasn’t available for half of the day because there was a problem in the water, and once there was no hot water in the tub, the restaurant is very old and needs maintenance it has a very large iron made chairs.

Resort para no acudir en pareja, solo con niños.

La cama de la habitacion muy comoda. Buena atencion por parte del personal en recepcion y en lobby bar.

El personal de los bares no sabian preparar los cocteles, principalmente en la piscina donde nos indicaron que "no tenian ingredientes y si queriamos cerveza" pese a tener la carta presente. Por otra parte, el "todo incluido" finaliza a las 12 de la noche, siendo de pago a partir de dicha hora. Además, la piscina se encuentra llena de niños jugando con colchonetas y pelotas,encontrándose principalmente en la barra del bar, haciendo imposible a los adultos poder estar tranquilamente en la misma. Por último, el buffet bastante corto y bastante repetitivo. La proxima vez casi con total seguridad volveré a otro complejo.

Морето, рибите и забавленията които си организирахме оставиха на заден план разочарованието ми от хотела.

Имаше топъл басейн за децата. Достатъчно голяма територия. Просторни стаи с тераса. Плажа беше близо и си беше с пясък, а не скали.

Децата бяха възмутени, че забраняваха къпането след 17.00ч. Храната беше еднообразна и безвкусна. Аквапарка беше ръждясъл и мръсен. Персонала в ресторанта беше груб. Нямаха чисти чаши. Нямаше достатъчно маси за хранене за капацитета на хотела.

One word, “spectacular”

I had the most incredible experience at this resort! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. The room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic. It was spacious, well-designed, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. The attention to detail in the room decor was impressive, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the wonderful pool. It was the perfect size, not too crowded, and provided a refreshing oasis where I could relax and soak up the sun. The pool area was well-maintained, and the pool itself was crystal clear and inviting. I spent hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the tranquil ambiance and the beautiful surroundings. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Bassant. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable experience. Her genuine friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism were remarkable. Bassant was always ready to assist me with any requests or questions I had, and her cheerful demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. The entire staff at the resort was friendly and accommodating, making me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived until the moment I departed. They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. Overall, my time at this resort was nothing short of exceptional. The great room, wonderful pool, and friendly staff, especially Bassant, made my stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable vacation experience. I cannot wait to return and create more incredible memories at this outstanding resort.

Nice vacation

The room was great and the front desk staff were professional and specially Ms Haidy, follow up for any comments or complains done twice which was remarkable thank you Ms Bassant, in general it was very good stay i recommend it

The towels must be like other hotels exchanged by cards on the beach or at the pool not carrying them all the way, also the beach on the otherside of the hotel
