Un maravilloso lugar al que se debe ir, y se debe volver !

Me encanto todo, wow, un hotel maravilloso que supero mis expectativas, sin duda tengo que volver, todo es perfecto, las installaciones, el personal, la comida, todo! Y por supuesto una mencion especial para Christine, que nos trato maravillosamente bien, nos hizo sentir muy a gusto, y nos ayudo con todo lo que necesitamos. Gracias miles!!!

No hay nada que no se pueda apreciar, todo es perfecto !

非常推薦，住了三天兩夜！有一天行程以為纜車在維修，所以半天都待在飯店使用設施覺得很棒！

看得到馬特洪峰日出，不必出去觀景台人擠人且戶外spa乾淨夠熱！早餐非常豐富且還有香檳超讚！

Mini bar需要付費的價格放在很角落，以為啤酒不用錢所以喝了。但後來發現到價目表上有寫到啤酒是需要錢的，但也只好付費了～

Una estada inoblidable

L'establiment és espectacular. Dissenyat fins al darrer detall La piscina d'aigua calenta a peu de carrer i descoberta és una meravella (no us oblideu de posar un banyador a la maleta, encara que sigui l'hivern)

Enjoyed the short two-night break. Comfortable hotel with good facilities.

Wonderful views of the Matterhorn from the hotel terrace, excellent buffet style breakfast, well-appointed room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Try to get a room at the front of the hotel. My room was quite overlooked at the back of the hotel with the Gornergrat train going past. The windows need nets or blinds for privacy.

Exceptionnel

L’hôtel Beausite est exceptionnel !!! L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, à quelques pas du centre mais au calme. La chambre avec vue sur le mont Cervin est spacieuse, la literie est très confortable, la décoration est soignée. L’espace wellness est très bien équipé et parfaitement propre, la piscine extérieure avec vue sur le Mont Cervin est accessible toute la journée (dès tôt le matin et jusqu’en toute fin de journée, ce qui permet d’en profiter sereinement), le sauna au foin avec vue sur la montagne offre également un moment de détente dans un cadre exceptionnel. Le personnel de l’hôtel est particulièrement accueillant, serviable, sympathique. Un grand merci à Christine qui nous a accueilli très chaleureusement ainsi qu’à Thomas !

Wir kennen das Hotel seit 2005 und am Hotel selbst ist alles sehr gut oder perfekt. Das Personal war immer Top (mit sehr sehr wenigen Ausnahmen).

Im Whirlpool draussen befanden sich ein Mann und eine Frau mit ihrem alkoholischen Getränken. Das sollte aus Sicherheitsgründen untersagt werden. Im Frühstücksraum laufen immer mehr Leute in Badesandalen und Shorts herum. Das passt meiner Meinung nach nicht zu einem 4-Sterne Superior Hotel. Das war früher mal besser. Beim Abendessen, stören grössere Gruppen oder Leute mit nicht gut erzogenen Kindern.

Goede ligging, vriendelijk personeel

Absurde bijbetaling voor baby bedje. Bij het inchecken gaven ze aan hier geen extra kosten voor te rekenen. Op dag drie gaven ze aan dat er een fout was gemaakt en een baby bedje 36 per nacht kost.erg slordig en een slechte service voor dit premium hotel.

Nice and relaxed hotel with a lovely breakfast and views from rooms and outdoor spa.

Outdoor spa at the end of the day to relax into with great views. The staff at breakfast were so friendly and went above and beyond to interact and chat. Front counter staff were also very friendly. Loved the dog in the day spa. Loved the piano bar playing live music at night.

The man at the counter near the taxi drop off . He never spoke to us the entire stay. Even our taxi driver said he was rude to him also. Didn’t serve Margaritas at the bar and couldn’t make them.

A wonderful getaway in Zermatt

Excellent view of the Matterhorn when days are clear, with beautiful views throughout the day. The room was comfortable and well-sized, and the buffet-style breakfast was very tasty. The staff are outstanding, and were happy to resolve any issues that arose to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool and spa facilities are also very good, with the outdoor heated pool with Matterhorn view as the centrepiece.

There was no way to regulate the temperature of the room other than opening the window and trying to find the right balance of freezing air with heating, since even with the switch to "off" we were both sweating through the night. Other than this, the experience was excellent.

stunning view of the Matterhorn and fabulous spa and food

Stunning outdoor pool/jacuzzi overlooking the Matterhorn. There are Sun loungers inside and out and an indoor pool also and lovely spa. The grill restaurant was fabulous, we had steak and it was absolutely delicious. the staff are very attentive.

It is pricey, but I think that is Switzerland for you, There is a tram that runs behind the hotel, so if you are sleeping with the window open you can hear it in the morning. However, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Exceptional service at a stunning hotel

The hotel really was exceptional. The breakfasts were probably the best I've had in a ski resort, the spa area and outdoor pool is gorgeous. The staff were very good, especially Pietro, who's service was outstanding.

I'm (for once) struggling to think of anything I didn't like about the hotel. The only thing I can think of is it would be nice if there was a shuttle to and from the lifts.

Transport to/from train station was nice! Ski Storage locker room awesome! Staff OUTSTANDING! View, absolutely spectacular! Breakfast choices and wait staff top notch! Front Desk very helpful. Pet Friendliness to the max!

Traditional hotel in Zermatt with great Spa facilities and in a central location

lovely hôtel. Spa facilities are great after skiing with small outdoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc.

Every was perfect. The walk to ski lift was about 450m, but good being quite central

Incredible .

The breakfast was very good. The view was very good and so were the rooms. We had a heating issue in our main room which was never sorted and after complaints were raised. A small room heater was provided so we didn't freeze in our room. Given that these rooms were not cheap - we went for the two bedroom suite, I really think the last thing we should be complaining about is heating. Especially at this time of the year. Did the hotel compensate us - no not yet.

Besides the breakfast, I feel the other restaurants were no as inviting nor were they busy. I think they should work on the food offerings in these other restaurants. The quality of the food in the in room dining was also very poor. If the hotel can cater to international guests, they would definitely have more people coming in.

high cast reflected location and size of rooms. not value for money given lack of service and attention to detail

large rooms, comfortable bar area with great music, pools and spa area and boot room were all good.

inattentive staff, bathroom plumbing smelled, rooms too hot, lack of hot food options at breakfast. breakfast disappointing for this type of hotel. for a hotel of this calibre should have tables available for guests. menu limited with no vegetarian options. transportation broke suitcase handle. overall lacked attention to detail
