The room was renovated, in a good size

The breakfast service was horrible. There was a good variety, but not tasty enough, and the food were not well exposed and was very noisy. This was the bursar, that was not good.Also, the hotel receives many tourist buses, that means everything is in a hurry and the breakfast room becomes dirty…

-the room was spacious and clean -I needed an assistance in the room with the check-in. The help has been immediately done

-The breakfast was poor quality especially the bakery as croissants, borekas and bread that were not fresh and crispy -there is only one coffee machine and waiting in the queue was too long -poor quality of image on TV

Nice hotel with lovely people perfect to do the Bible sites from.

The breakfast was really lovely and the chef made us a fresh omelette every day. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

They only provided a dinner option on our first night because there was a big group staying….but we found a petrol station (!) that did AMAZING food ten minutes walk from the hotel.

Excellent base for exploring the Galil and Golan. Reasonably priced.

Food was excellent and plentiful. Staff were courteous and addressed issues rapidly - were eager to make up for errors. Pool was clean and area was well-staffed. Lobby area was comfortable and had games and books. Hotel had interesting history which was made known via pictures and captions.

Bathroom was a little dark - lighting and shower curtain needed some cleaning. Location was partway up the hill which made strolling the neighborhood a little difficult.

It is not the fanciest hotel, or the hotel closest to the Kinneret, but I am glad we stayed there.

This hotel is family owned for generations. It is full of fascinating history. I feel so much better giving my money to this hotel than to a chain.

There were no negatives.
