מיקום מנצח ונוף מושלם. השירות במלון מעל ומעבר ופינקו אותנו לרגל אירוע שחגגנו . חדר מרווח ואווירה יוקרתית. ארוחת בוקר עשירה מאוד.

Pas top du tout pour ce prix là

J’ai été menacé entre guillemets le sixième jour de mon séjour parce que j’ai ajouté une nuit ou deux je crois et pour la carte bleue alors que j’ai déjà tout payé et c’était pour une nuit et ils m’ont menacé de me faire virer. C’est pas digne d’un hôtel comme ça, et j’ai eu le droit à un gros cafard dans ma chambre

Relaxing stay

Good location Bedroom was perfect.

Fly’s all over the fruit at breakfast Breakfast had to go looking for someone to get me a coffee which came cold Too cramped round the swimming pool. Beds are all too close to each other

Perfect!

Hospitality! Clearness . Everyone was very nice especially Ana and Marina supervisors. Their are the best. Front desk staff also very good welcoming.

Reception team are nice. But everything takes very long. We had to ask three times for towels for the sea. As the towel team refused to give us. The hotel is clean, but can be better

Swimming pool, beach site, room, lobby bar.

When I arrived I've asked receptionist if I need to provide any details of my friend who was joining later, at 5am the next day. He said I don't need to do anything about it. Well, apparently I had to. I had to wake up at 5am to go and confirm his details. The next day I've asked receptionist to point me which exit should I take to go to the center. They've told me to ask Concierge - well, won't hurt him to point finger to main exit. So that in my opinion reception desk is a minus of this hotel.

we had a great time in Tel Aviv-Yafo but I probably wouldn’t recommend this Hotel

great location on the beach with a great pool and beach club. breakfast included in the rate and incredible buffet.

service pretty chilly and the room had a musty moldy smell. I complained and the staff was not very sympathetic. they tried to address but didn’t really make a difference. we had two rooms for three nights at about $600 US per room per night so I really think it should be nicer for this price.

Amazing breakfast, very clean and nice hotel, good restaurants. The best hotel in Tel Aviv.

the SPA needs to be refreshed. Saturday morning the excellent coffee is replaced by awful coffee pots. if you want an espresso you must pay for it at the bar of the beach (Does Shabbat = mean espresso is not free of charge on Saturday?)

Great food , great pool and Avi and itzik and rest of team by the pool is amazing !! Elan and team in the business lounge also amazing.

I do not understand how one of the best hotels in Tel Aviv can put Zion at the front desk. He’s simply horrible. Zion is rude , belligerent and unhelpful. The concierge team is not too far behind on being unfriendly, almost belittling. The customer service team on the phone is sheer rude. Luckily the team by the pool (shout out to Avi and Itzik ) was amazing and we came for the beach , pool and warm weather.

A bit on the pricey side, but more than likely will return to that hotel
