Très bel hôtel moderne à Barcelone

Très belle vue ! Chouette restaurant et chouette bar hyper bien décoré. Chambre très bien décorée et très spacieuse. Douche, immense.

J’éviterai d’avoir une chambre dans la partie cubique du bâtiment car il y a une énorme ouverture au milieu qui descend jusqu’à la réception, ce qui fait du bruit et de la résonance dans les chambres. Préférez une chambre dans la partie haute de l’hôtel.

Very bad experience

After paying €673 for two nights …super over priced I was asked to leave a deposit of €200 They charged €33 of city taxes which it s ok plus € 200 more for a deposit! The day I left they told me it will take 3 days to the deposit to be returned and with holidays in the middle it might take seven days or more…. As we went to the floor two men got out at the same floor and stayed in the floor pretending to see the view We did go downstairs affraid of getting in our room,later a security gentleman Jorge went up to the room to make sure we were safe A mother and a daughter affraid in the first night… Security Door man a big tall man was super rude,blocking my entrance and screaming asking where I was going…. The huge queue to have a breakfast… Air C in the room broken in the last night and I was offered a bottle of water after ….arrived at the front desk for a check out sweating …..Very sorry to have this experience in Bacelona

Todo las instalaciones están muy bien

El ruido de las puertas en la madrugada!! Y se escucha todo lo que hablan fuera de la habitación, el personal de la recepción muy antipático, sobre todo una chica que solo se dirigió a decir lo que según ella era correcto o no y con malas maneras, tardando 40 minutos en atenderme por hacerle la pelota a otros cliente, me pareció patética, su forma de dirigirse.

La vue exceptionnelle La literie confortable Le note bar très sympa et serveurs agréables

Le sèche cheveux pas propre La porte des toilettes qui ne ferme pas juste parce qu elle est mal réglée La porte vitrée qui normalement permet de couper le bruit de la chambre du couloir qui ne ferme alors pas du tout car elle bloque completement au sol aussi suite à un mauvais réglage Le groom de la porte extérieur qui ne fonctionne pas non plus et du coup claqué et doit déranger les autres clients Des problèmes importants pour un établissement qui se veut de se standing

Leider in die Jahre gekommen und Personal leider sehr unprofessionell. Man muss sehr aufpassen bei der Rechnung, sehr viele Sachen werden versprochen, dann doch anders und in Rechnung gestellt.

If you're looking for a lively stay then this is the place for you, unfortunately I didn't.

The view from the room was superb.

I didn't like the design of the room especially the position of the toilet. Not much privacy. The restaurant food could have been better. I expected a higher standard of food considering the price of the hotel room and the food itself. The hotel was also very busy. Lots of movement through the bar area. If you're looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing this is not the place for you.

vue exceptionelle, equipement de premier ordre. Spa minimaliste mais confortable et gratuit. la situation de l'hotel est sympa.

-Nous n'avons pas eu de télévision pendant tout le séjour (3nuits). -Il fallait faire la queue pour le petit déjeuner pendant 30/45min. -Aucune installation n'était prévue pour suivre l'America's Cup (but principal de notre visite á Barcelone et dans cet hotel situé en face du champ de course)), alors que sa situation en faisait le point le plus attrayant pour voir la course. -La décoration de couloirs menant aux chambre est triste et ressemble à un hôpital. aucune decoración (de nombreux jeunes artistes de Barcelone seraient près à fournir à très faible coût, sculptures , tableaux et décorations) ni fleurs. Pathétiquement triste.

Dreamlike! We will be back!

It was a fantastic stay from A to Z! I wouldn't want to miss a minute of it. It is extremely clean, the rooms are spacious, the food and drink is fabulous. From the porter, receptionist to the waiter, everyone is extremely accommodating and you really feel like you are in good hands. The magnificent view of the sea and the harbour immediately gives you a feeling of relaxation. The spa is very nice. The fitness is great! The best hotel breakfast I've ever had by a huge margin. The hotel has its price, but is worth every cent. We will definitely come again. Everyone should experience this customer-friendly service. Thank you for making this possible.

The breakfast was amazing , the spa facilities were stunning , the room was beautiful and the room was gorgeous.

Great location but it is a tad far from the city but you know that when you book. The checkin staff could have been a little bit warmer considering the price you pay

Helt greit , men en fantstisk utsikt

Ingen alternativer med glutenfritt ved frokost . Kun Micro baguetter som var harde og ikke spiselig . Det var også fryktelig kaldt i frokost salen..(oct) Prøvde topp etasjen , nuxe resturang . Altfor kaldt i rommet og dyrt og ikke noe ekstraordinært med maten. Prøvde også den peruanske , dyrt og heller ikke denne med noe imponerende mat. Fin Str på rommet men med bad på rommet oG toalett med glassdør gav det ingen privatliv. Man må også legge igjen et relativt høyt depositum ved innsjekk, og det er etter rommet er betalt

der Lavabo im Zimmer ist leider nur sehr schlecht abgeflossen, ebenfalls scheint in der Dusche der Boden nicht ordnungsgemäß zu funktionieren, ausgeglichen zu sein, da man nach jeder dusche ein geflutetes Zimmer hat, schade um die schönen Möbel, welche in Mitleidenschaft gezogen werden

Beautiful room and view. The complimentary upgrade to the 18th floor made it perfect!

The room was very cold and didn’t really warm up when temp was increased. I had to turn the a/c off. But otherwise, it was fine.

Our suite was amazing. The staff was super attentive and accommodating. The restaurants in the hotel were exceptional. We loved our stay here.

The pool party music was awful and so loud it took over the entire area. It was a lot to take for guests who were not interested.
