BELLISSIMA

L hôtel est idéalement situé , les chambres spacieuses et le personnel souriant et à l’écoute . La bonne surprise le spa était inclus alors qu’annoncé à 30€ / personne . Face au quai de départ des ferrys , la compagnie propose de multiples trajets à la journée .

Les portes des chambres mériteraient une isolation isophonique , le bruit dans les couloirs est décuplé . Le stationnement n’est pas évident et très réglementé, l’hôtel propose un parking privé pour 25€/nuit mais aussi loin que les autres stationnements.

Perfect location with rooftop happy hour

Perfect location. We drove a rental car and had prearranged parking with the hotel which is a must for Belliago. Parking was up the hill 500 meters so a bit of a walk but ok. Loved the rooftop cocktail hour while watching the sunset. We did not eat there except for breakfast which was good so I can't comment on the restaurant food. I would definitely stay here again.

except the two things pointed out, we like the hotel, very convenient.

The location is perfect, and room is very clean and orderly arranged, very pleasant.

The bed is bit on the soft side, we prefer firm beds, and some movements from the room above at the night, sound insulation needs to be improved.

Perfect choice

The location is perfect, right across from the ferry and perfect for rooftop drinks and breakfast views over the lake. The staff are exceptionally friendly and the buffet breakfast was better than expected (even for vegetarians). Would definitely stay here again.

The room was small and felt a bit boxy. The open window overlooking the alley was nice however.

Hotel Du Lac Bellagio. Worth it just to be able to tell your friends.

Location - best in town. Room - beautifully clean and well finished. Staff - friendly and helpful View - wonderful

Amazing staff and location

The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay amazing. They gave us a complimentary day at the spa for the 4 of us. They gave us hiking recommendations. It was in a perfect location. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices and amazing. The room was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located right by the lake. Our room was clean, if a little on the small side. We didn't book a room with a lake view, but our room did have a small balcony that had a lake view. If I ever come back to this hotel, I would upgrade to a lakeview room. The reception staff was very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent and located in a large room with a fantastic view of the lake.

The bed is on the hard side which was not my preference. Even my family member, who prefers hard beds, complained that the bed is uncomfortable.

Our 7 nights at Hotel Du Lac with its view and ambiance made for an outstanding vacation

The hotel is easy to get to, across from the ferry in the center of town. We spent time on our balcony enjoying the view yet away from the crowd. Great breakfast. Simply a lovely stay with no hassle.

lift not working, over promising under delivering on all fronts, silly opening times for terrace, no privileges for hotel guests, treated like any other tourist, very disappointing
