Ich würde in Zukunft nicht mehr dieses Hotel buchen.

Zentrale Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sauberkeit ist gewährleistet.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Appartement mit Küche, Stube grosse Nasszelle mit Wachmaschine ist nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Parking ist sehr teuer und nicht direkt mit Hotel verbunden. Nicht einmal ein Mineralwasser im Zimmer resp. Kühlschrank

Tolles, modernes Hotel mit zentraler Lage

Ich habe ein sehr schönes Zimmer im 3. Stock erhalten. Das Zimmer ist für ein Einzelzimmer äußerst geräumig mit einem sehr großen, gepflegten Badezimmer. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man für einen kürzeren oder auch längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Sehr bequemes Bett. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich bin begeistert und würde jederzeit wieder einchecken.

Insgesamt empfehlenswert für einen kurzen Trip nach Heidelberg.

Die Lage zum Hauptbahnhof war gut, das Frühstück, v.a. auch der Kaffee, war sehr erfreulich. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer mit einem durchaus breiten Bett, war grundsätzlich ja angenehm ist. Nur das Bettlaken war viel zu schmal für das Bett und nach 2x umdrehen war alles herausgezogen und man lag auf dem Bezug darunter. Empfand ich als etwas unhygienisch.

Angenehmes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Bei der Sauberkeit im Badezimmer sollte nachgebessert werden.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, tolle Lage und nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber gemütlich und ruhig.

Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer war leider nicht gut. Es war Schmutz in den Ecken und der Abfluss verschmutzt . Das sollte besser kontrolliert werden.

Sehr guter Besuch, bei dem es wenig zu meckern gibt.

Ich hatte ein Appartment gebucht. Die Zimmer waren groß (Altbau) und sehr stilvoll ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr gut. Die Lage ist recht zentral dort, wo ich hin wollte. Bis zur Altstadt oder dem Neckar ist es auch nicht sehr weit. Frühstück: Es gab ausreichend Auswahl. Die Semmeln waren klein, auch die Kaffeetassen. Alles ist auf kleine Portionen ausgelegt, um weggeworfenes Essen zu vermeiden.

Das Schlafzimmer ist zur befahrenen Straße hin, also recht laut. Das Appartment ist im 3. Stock eines Altbaus, demnach ohne Fahrstuhl. Für ältere Menschen, die nicht so gut Treppe steigen können, ein großes Problem. Die Bettdecke war definitiv zu warm für das Tageswetter und es gab keine Alternativen (einfach Laken oder dergleichen). Alles in allem ein schönes Appartment und ein gutes Hotel, leider etwas zu teuer.

Very happy with stay at the Qube and the outstanding memory is how friendly the staff were

Breakfast was very good - no complaints. The location is great.

Our room wasn’t serviced after our first night which was a surprise.

The hotel was very clean. The price was fair - we did not know it included breakfast but were very happy with the buffet selection. We were closer to the train station for arrival and departure. We were a 20-30min flat walk to town.

We stayed on a Friday night and were given a roadside room. This was rather noisy even with the windows closed and therefore also very warm. We did however discover earplugs in the bathroom 😊

Nice hotel on the edge of the quaint old town

The rooms were large. We rented an apartment and a hotel room. The apartment had a small kitchen (no oven.) Comfy beds are provided. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly, very helpful and responded to all our requests. They spoke English and German well. The location is just on the edge of the old town so everything is very close to walk or you can take a bus to town. The town was lovely and there was plenty to look at. It would have been nice to walk the river if it was Summer time, but it was quite cold. I would stay there again.

Several things didn't work in the beginning. For example, the microwave was not plugged in. It did seem like not many people use the kitchen. The TV had problems on and off and the internet at first did not work. However they fixed all of these things in short order. They had a sofa bed in the living room but wanted us to pay per night for bedding. There were 4 of us and we had initially planned for the couple to stay in the hotel and the two singles to stay one on the sofa and one on the double. Instead they rebooked the hotel room for 2 separate beds.

Hate this hotel and hate Booking.com

The room I was given the first day had no air condition. Was told to go across the street up two flights of stairs with all my luggage. Was told no elevators. Would not recommend this hotel

Nothing was done to correct having no air condition, By the way will never use Booking.com No help to resolve these issues. Plus had the same issues in Ibiza with the hotel - no air conditioning for the room

Overpriced, not the level of room comfort and decor you expect like the restaurant. Interior design in beds

friendly customer service, very accommodating, professional and great disposition. positive and cheerful.

Room walls we’re scuffed and need painting. bathroom floor was mildewed and needs replacing. Place needs a professional interior design renovation to take it to another level of class, comfort and cool atmosphere. Loud noises and uncomfortable bed. Being truthful and honest, if you want it, to improve your product.

Pleasant stay in a convenient located hotel. Breakfast great, room cleanliness could be better.

Breakfast was very good, big variety of cereals, seeds, nuts, fresh bread, chees, fresh fruit.... Staff very kind and helpful.

Floor in room did not seem very clean. When we arrived there was a big dirt spot on floor beside the bed, as if somebody had spilled a drink. Cleaning personell don't seem to wipe floor properly after a guest leaves. Dirt spot was cleaned though after I requested to have it cleaned.

Nice hotel but could be better

The restaurant is very good but you need to book, especially at weekends. My room was a bit dark as the window was quite small but the bed was very comfy. The free umbrellas to borrow were a nice touch. The female receptionist was lovely and very friendly but there was a male receptionist who was incredibly rude.

The lighting in the bathroom was all ceiling light so not the best for putting on makeup or shaving. A lit mirror would have created a better light and ambience. There is no area to just sit in. The rooms don't get cleaned unless you ask for it the day before. This is fine but if you are staying 5 nights or more, replenished toilet rolls would be welcome.
