Bon séjour malgré le problème mentionné ci-dessus.

Très bon petit déjeuner, beaucoup de choix côté sucré. Lit très confortable, chambre très grande et calme, belle salle d'eau. C'était mon 3ème séjour et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Ma chambre pas encore faite à mon retour à l'hôtel à 15h45 le 2 novembre. Dommage dans un 4 étoiles !! J'espère que cela ne se reproduira pas à mon prochain séjour. Il est écrit sur la pancarte que les chambres sont faites pour 14h.

Bien équipé pour un séjour détente en couple

Le sauna, le restaurant sur place, la baignoire, le personnel très professionnel

La hauteur sous plafond de la mezzanine, il ne faut pas être trop grand car on se cogne facilement. Je ne reprendrai sans doute pas ce type de chambre au westotel. On sent l'âge dans certains équipements. Notamment la chasse d'eau qui avait tendance à fuir dans la cuvette.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. J'ai apprécié la grandeur et la propreté des chambres.

Très belle chambre et spacieuse

Arrêt de bornes de charge au delà d'une certaine heure notamment à la fermeture du portail de l'hôtel.

Aspect général de l'établissement, le calme malgré la proximité de grands axes routiers, l'accueil , le confort des chambres

Habitués de séjourner dans cet établissement , il est dommage que le tarif des chambres soit si fluctuant en fonction des jours, mois, semaines . Que des différences s'appliquent , certes, mais pas si conséquentes . Le PDJ à 18,50€ est onéreux même si l'offre est importante

Bonne superficie de la chambre.

Le matelas était trop ferme. La température de la chambre est trop élevée durant la nuit. Il y avait un bruit lié aux équipements de ventilation ou de chauffage.

Le bruit car la chambre 164 est à côté des escaliers. Propreté moyenne. Chasse d'eau avec problème. Bruit extérieur

Best of 4 hotels we stayed in while in France

Clean and good service

Management made no extra effort to facilitate rugby guests by extending their hours to provide food / dining and breakfast. We were starving !

Beds were comfortable Public transport makes this location very accessible from Nantes city centre Check in and out were very efficient

Did not have breakfast as felt the price was too expensive Decor in some areas is quite outdated Sun loungers need maintenance or replacing as some had large holes

lovely little break away for an extended weekend in France

loved the fact the pool has a cover so the children can play in any weather. we had a lovely refurbished room as well, it looks like they are refurbishing all of the rooms at the moment and they move your booking into one of the new rooms where possible! the best part of all was the waiter Akram! what a gentleman. he could not do enough for you. so genuine and kind and considerate. his mother raised him very well and she should be proud! my kids absolutely adored him and said he deserves a big pay rise!!

the sun beds don’t recline so you can’t lay flat which is a little bit annoying. you can’t lay on your front on these beds or lie flat on your back. I feel like some low volume music outside is also needed for a bit of atmosphere

Pleasant stay, comfortable and reasonable hotel.

The room was comfortable, with plenty of space for 3 people. Meals are good and generous yet reasonable, and can be ordered in the room. No problems with noise.

The baby bed was very worn out. Extra baby equipment wasn't available, despite being mentioned on the "available upon request" equipment list. Bed sheets weren't changed between the two nights of our stay.

Superb

The restaurant was excellent and did a really good job when we were there. I thought the bar was nice as well but could use more beer selections. The hotel and rooms are showing a little age and could likely use some remodeling in the future but overall where very clean and nice.

Great friendly bar staff

Enquired about early check in and did not agree to take it - when I arrived early to leave my bags they gave me my room key so I assumed aa the hotel was empty they were giving it complimentary. Only to discover on checking out I was charged. It was not agreed and I wouldn’t have used it early had I known.
