Une très bonne adresse pour séjourner dans le nord de Toulouse

C'était la première fois que nous allions dans un hôtel Campanile et je dois dire que nous avons été agréablement surpris : la chambre et la salle de bain étaient plus grandes que dans les hôtels d'autres chaines ; malgré la proximité de l'autoroute, le silence était complet. Enfin le prix (en plein mois d'août) était très attractif.

The hotel and facilities generally met the Campanile standard, and gave value for monef

Breakfast could have been upgraded with a better selection of pastries.

For two people, one chair is not sufficient to sit on. Not everyone wants to sit on the bed.

Great stop over on our way to Spain. Just off the motorway and good in all respects.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful and the hotel was easy to find. Our car was parked just outside our room in a secure car park.

Pleasantly surprised

The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were well maintained, with quality finishings. There was even a kettle with tea and coffee, pleasantly surprised by the value for money.

We had staff walk into our room without knocking at 9am (checkout at 12).

Although the restaurant was closed on Saturday evening, the receptionist provided us with plates etc and comfy seats to eat our ‘picnic’. Also we had our dog with us and they provided a ground floor room with parking right outside, a very nice touch.

Quiet restful break with good facilities and staff

Exceptional staff on reception who found us a groundfloor room as we both have temporary back problems, able to park outside the door to help with overnight luggage carrying. Very helpful information about local places to eat. There was also a drinks machine in reception which was a good facility after a long drive. Room was not 'over-deodorised' just smelt clean and fresh, easy wifi connection, quiet and easy to find from autoroute.

All fine, no complaints apart from very 'unforgiving' pillows!

Disappointing

Very simple but tasty breakfast. I missed fresh fruit and vegetables but croissants, pancakes and youghurts were great.

I didn't like this type of hotel, your room is "small flat" accessible from the outside, I don't like people walking in front of my window. It was pretty hard to reach someone at reception desk speaking english. For example - last day another guest told me how to get inside the hotel area late at night. There was a code for car parking (I didn't have a car.) that could open the car entrance. The pedestrian gate was closed with no reader for hotel card and the bell didn't work. I would appreciate this information much more than happy hours advertisement in english in my room. My room was on a ground floor and several spiders appeared inside. I realise that this is something that's difficult to influence, but that is another reason for me why not to choose this type of hotel again.

Good quality for money. Quiet location. Nice staff.

Nice staff and good meals for value. I thought the location would be noisy but it was in fact very quiet. There are also other fast foods or restaurants in the neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good hotel out of city center and near motorway from Toulouse to Albi.

Bathroom could be modernized (the small bathtub could be replaced by a big shower which would be more practical). Breakfast quite limited (maybe due to COVID restrictions on buffet).

Cold!

No hot water and I think the heater was not working properly.I have been heal after my 2 cold days. Sincerely I was not happy.

It’s what you should expect for the price

Location was great and the facilities met our needs. You don’t stay at Campanile expecting luxury accommodations. It’s a clean enough, decent enough place to sleep with free on site parking. I’m not a fan of the carpeting and prefer Ibis for that reason (they don’t have carpeting). Our key wasn’t programmed when we arrived (despite arriving past our estimated arrival time) and we had to wait 15 minutes for the programming to work, which was an inconvenience, but whatever. It was all fine. Nothing great. Nothing horrible.

Time for a refresh. Hasn’t been updated since it was built.
