Deuxième et dernière année dans cet établissement

Bon petit déjeuner

Piscine sale. Nuit blanche avec le bruit des différents résidents qui ne respectent pas les autres.

Amplio, cómodo y limpio.

Muy amables. Instalaciones cómodas. Limpio. Cerca de supermercados y con el tranvía al centro en un paseíto.

El sofá cama es algo incómodo para los adultos. Pero nada que no se arregle con un buen baño en la piscina.

Erreur de réservation

Je me suis trompé de date en reservant. Au lieu de prendre le mois de septembre j'ai pris le mois d'août. L'hôtel na pas voulu me changer la date. J'ai perdu 235euros. Aucun effort commercial de leurs part. 4 nuits perdu. Très très décevant . Je ne recommande surtout pas.

Pasan los aviones del aeropuerto cercano rozando el hotel. Nevera sin tapa del congelador y falta de baldas estropearon mis alimentos. En 4 Días que estuvimos no cambiaron las sábanas ni toallas. Yo no lo recomiendo.

J’ai séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel et mon expérience a été excellente. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables, et le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. Je tiens à remercier particulièrement la dame qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner. Son sourire et sa gentillesse ont vraiment fait de nos matins un moment agréable. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité !

Buena relación calidad-precio, aunque necesitaría mejor limpieza

La residencia se encuentra algo alejada del centro, pero no hay problemas de comunicación para acceder con trasporte público en pocos minutos. El hotel dispone de parking gratuito para los clientes

Le personnel est agréable.

Chambre avec coin cuisine sale taché collant, distributeur de liquide vaisselle cassé/ absent et support de pommeau de douche cassé. Je l'ai signalé à l'accueil ouon m'a répondu que quelqu'un devait passer voir mais personne n'est venu !

Good value comfortable apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. Aldi next door and an easy tram or bus ride into the centre of town.

Small and functional small appartment

- for the price of a room, we got a small appartment with 2 rooms and a tiny kitchen (fully equiped) - location is ok.... the nighborhood isnt the best, but it is neat "ALDI" and a bus station - comfortoble. - had a tub !

- its not very clean. - nighbprhood is not so friendly. - room look old, and a bit smelly. - they took 200 euro deposite, and i found out about it only a day after.....

Terrible experience.

Just the personal, they were friendly and helpful.

It was so far the worst Hotel Residence I have ever been. It needs urgent attention, I booked on 5 person apartment with 2 rooms and one sofa-bed, but it was terrible. Shower is damaged, all water goes out the shower and you have then the toilet full of water. They should repair it. We found a big SPIDER 🕷️ between the towels, really dangerous! We received only 1 toilet paper. Sofa-bed is extremely uncomfortable, they should change for a new comfortable one. TV in room was not working, even if a technical person came to try to solve it was not possible. I think the quality - price is too high, definitely not recommended for families, probably more for backpackers travellers and if prices are 80% less. Bad quality room, not exactly like are in the pictures. It was dirty and in general uncomfortable.

When asked for directions, the staff was unable to provide the correct position and asked for a phone charger adapter, reply no. Room TV is not working. Technician on leave,no TV the whole day.

On the move apartment

Staff professional and welcoming and a little extra .... Genuinely friendly. Small kitchen sufficient with everything we needed close to supermarket and transport. Easy tram to airport was perfect. Swimming pool was clean and a good place to relax and read.
