Het was geweldig

De bedden waren heerlijk! Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We mochten een uur eerder inchecken. Het was schoon, mooi, fijn… Het eten was heerlijk. Er waren meer dan genoeg handdoeken, extra kussens.. De bedden voor de kinderen waren een ‘slaapbank’ maar lagen net zo lekker als het ‘gewone’ bed. Het zwembad was top! De wifi was snel en goed.

Dit duur altijd net te lang om in te vullen. Het zou efficiënter zijn om het bij 2 of 3 vragen te houden. Hier heb ik geen tijd voor. Zou jammer zijn als een recentie daar onder moet lijden

Very convenient overnight stop just off the motorway.

Comfortable room, good bed, good restaurant, quiet. Location good for the motorway.

No USB sockets in the bedroom for charging.

Perfect stop over during a long trip

The hotel is perfect stop when driving long hours to the south of France The room was small but enough for one night Breakfast was very nice and the staff very friendly

The bed of the kids (sofa bed) was not very comfortable

Cómodo pero sin reformar

La comodidad de la cama realmente buena, necesitaba descansar después de una jornada larga de viaje en auto. La comida del restaurante excelente la recomiendo al 100%, calidad de producto.

El cuarto me pareció antiguo en temas de Luces y cuarto de baño quizás una reforma le sentaría estupendo al lugar

Perfect stopping off place on long journey

Check in was very busy, but done in a relaxed, smooth way. There were lots of young families in the pool area and gardens, all playing and relaxing. There was a good atmosphere. Dinner was good, good service. Room was comfortable, good shower. Couldn’t fault it. Everything worked.

Nice clean hotel, with enough to do for the childer, check in was smooth, dinner was ok as well was the breakfast

Perhaps a place that will grow on you when you stay a bit longer.

We were there for 1 night, too short to really explore the place. Close to a centre commercial. Nice forest area around the place.

The rooms and facility need some updating, especially given the prices and this is a Novotel.

My booking was paid in full but the hotel just told me to go away as they were full No trying to find a fix, no nothing They blamed it on booking.com and just kicked me out

Ideal for what we wanted

Breakfast great, location excellent for us, very comfy beds

The first time we stayed there was a buffet as there was entertainment, but the second time, a Saturday night was from the menu which was very disappointing, not sure whom they are targeting with it, we went and ate elsewhere.

The games room in the basement was excellent and kept the kids entertained.

The selection at breakfast was limited. It would have been nice to have had more hot food.

family overnight on way to Tours. Got in late. Hotel has some character and could see a real benefit for a longer stay in summer. Quick check-in, continental bfast. Polite staff and fresh vibe at bar area

Novotel staff at their best in this hotel and it truly is dog friendly!

Great to be able to Park right outside our room, we were travelling with our little dog who is very old and this hotel is truly dog friendly in that she was allowed everywhere. The breakfast was fresh varied and plentiful but what made our stay extra nice were the helpful cheerful staff.

The fridge in our room had been removed - it would have been useful to have one as we had picnic food for lunches on our journey from Spain to home in the UK but no problem really as it was very cold in the car overnight anyway.
