Convenient, clean and comfortable.

I never stayed at a Mecure property and I was pleasantly surprised. It was streamlined and compact but clean and comfortable. It couldn’t have been more convenient. I will be redisposdd to Mercure properties in the future.

For my solo traveling purposes, this was perfect.

Pas sérieux

En travaux. On ferme dans ces conditions ! Vrai chantier, ascenseur en panne , pas d’Internet, petit déjeuner en chambre ( modèle Covid) TPE cassé et pas de facture par mail. Très mauvaise expérience.

Lovely

Air conditioning didn’t work. We booked two rooms. One had a fan and one didn’t. Every room needs a fan. Paired with open windows that would be easier to sleep.

Very Comfortable stay, close to everything

Really nice, spacious room. Separate bathroom and toliet. Felt like an apartment. Lovely big shower. Comfortable beds with robes and slippers. Nice little balcony to look out of. Close to the bus, train station, lake and shops and restaurants. Pleasant staff.

Shocked at how bad the state of the rooms were. Seriously appalled at the value for money.

The location was excellent and the Front Desk staff were very professional.

The property is seriously below standard for a Mercure. It is in very bad news of a whole refurbishment.

Nice location between the train station and the old town, and good sound proofing.

The staff ignored us unless we spoke to them first. The shower was either a freezing jet of water, or lukewarm but with no water pressure. The internal doors don't shut properly, and several lights are broken or flickering

Disappointing would not recommend.

Location was good. Close to the train station, old town and lake.

Very old rooms. Old carpet and curtains that could do with a good clean. Balcony was tiny. Not at all what we were expecting.

Disappointing

We enjoyed the location of the hotel as it is easily accessible from the train station. The city center, shops and touristic attractions are only few minutes away. The reception staffs were helpful and friendly.

We did not enjoyed the cleaning less of the room at arrival. The toilet was not properly flushed and it left an unpleasant smell in the whole room. We were not confortable being in a room without slippers on, as the rug floor was covered with some white pet hair, which we also found on some other furnitures like table and stool. We also found a dirty cup under the bed left from previous sleeping guests. We asked the reception for some slippers which they kindly provide.

Everything was awesome

Only thing I could say is that the breakfast buffet could be nicer, fresher. Regardless, the hotel was incredible, I'll be back!

It was okay.

-Perfect Location -The staff. Especially the Lady in the Front-desk. She was super nice and very accommodating.

I stayed at rm 406 and i think it was not soundproof so its very noisy. The bed was literally 1 step beside the door of the room. I can literally hear the guests activities from neighboring room from taking showers, flashing toilets, and opening/closing doors. Poor wifi connections. breakfast is okay.

Disappointing

Location was good.

The manager we dealt with instead of putting us in a room with large windows put us in a room that had high small windows, no view & felt more like a cell than hôtel room. We had to insist on having our room changed. The next room was better but had a broken desk chair which had to be replaced. Although the rest of the staff was pleasant, if Mânon was still à manager I would find à different hotel to stay at. Especially since the description of our room was nothing at all like what we received . If we had not advised Manon that we would find a different hôtel I don't think our room would have been changed.

Friendly front staff, but wouldn't be our first choice in Annecy.

Location and friendly staff, bed was comfy. Renovated modern. Sheets and towels were clean.

Grout between tiles of shower obviously was not cleaned for a very long time. The sink tap was loose. Other places in the area had better value for money.

-Location was close to the central station -24h reception

-Room was extremely smelly -Could not have the lights/fresh air from the windows as I needed the thick curtains to block next residential building to look into my room (EVERYTHING was visible)

Nice hotel, terrible breakfast

The hotel is centrally located in the center of Annecy and on walking distance of the train- and bus station. room was clean and comfortable.

Thew breakfast was poor and overpriced. Small breakfast room with just a few seats. Go for good breakfast to the joint opposite the hotel.

central location, staff assistance.

one of the two rooms was poor , smelt of tobacco and had not been updated. No soap on sinks. Breakfast which we didnt take was really expensive and to be eated in a small area on the ground floor.
