Het hotel is sterk in waarde gedaald.

Het personeel aan de bar/restaurant verstond geen frans blijkbaar want we kregen tot 2x toe een verkeerde bestelling. Het ontbijt ( om 8h 's morgens) verliep op dinsdagochtend echt chaotisch. Er was geen plaats om te zitten en hebben 15 minuten moeten wachten tot een tafel vrij was. Een vieze plakkerige vloer en er liep water uit het plafond. We hadden een 'kamer met bad' gereserveerd maar die was er niet toen we incheckten. In de badkamer zat de kraan van de douche los.

Ottima posizione per impegni lavorativi in zona La Défense. Struttura grande e personale cordiale. Veloci check-in e check-out.

Un po' alta la cauzione con pagamento anticipato. La moquette sul pavimento du tutti i corridoi è un pò da ammodernare.

Hôtel particulièrement bien situé

Cet hôtel est particulièrement bien situé pour se rendre à l'Arche de la Défense. Nous y avons séjourné 5 nuits en famille pour raisons professionnelles. Le service à l'accueil à été parfait. La chambre était très bien mais pourrait être un peu plus chaleureuse. Le petit déjeuner propose un large choix et la possibilité de cuissons à la minute. Mais ce qui fait du petit déjeuner un moment délicieux, c'est l'attention de Romane, Charles, et surtout celle de Arthur, qui chaque jour a fait preuve d'un professionnalisme et d'un service d'une grande qualité. C'était un plaisir de le voir chaque matin. Arthur est un véritable atout pour cet hôtel !

La chambre peu chaleureuse. Le manque de savoir vivre des clients asiatiques.

Kurzer Businessaufenthalt mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Mein Zimmer lag weit oben (18.Etage) und war dadurch nicht durch Geräusche betroffen. Der Blick aus dem Fenster war direkt durch einen Wolkenkratzer gegenüber geprägt, seitlich daran vorbei konnte man aber schön in die Ferne blicken. Bestlage, wenn man in La Defense tätig ist oder schnell zur Metro muss. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, natürlich war es voll, aber das Personal hatte die Lage und das Buffet gut im Griff

Die Innenausstattung wirkte schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, gut und solide, aber auch schon etwas angegangen.

happy stay

Nice location near shopping center and metro station. Professional management and wonderful staff made our stay very easy and enjoyable. They solved the problems we had right away. We also thank the hotel for the nice touch by providing free sweets as an expression of the inconvenience that occurred. Our thanks go to the Director Alexia as well as Natalia and the rest of the staff at the front desk.

Breakfast needs a bit more combinations especially adding more bread and vegetables

Location for La Defence Arena was very good. Room was comfortable and clean. My wife says the pillows were amazing.

A little on the expensive side. No choice of a bath, shower only.

This place has family rooms which helps if you are travelling with kids.

1. If you want milk/ creamer - please carry it on you. Between housing keeping and room service neither want to give you creamers/ milk .. they ask you as a guest to call 3 other numbers but won’t coordinate and serve your request. 2. If you are non French ( and white) plz be mentally prepared for the bartender to ignore you and he’d like to save table snacks like olives, nuts only to those guests who don’t look Asian! And you have to be happy that you got your beer and he billed you for it. It’s so far away from city centre, it’s not ideal if you are on a family vacation. It took us 1 hr by cab to get to the Paris station at 11 am.

The warmth of the front office staff: Magadalena, Laura and the Christina. Also, the luggage guards were very friendly.

Location.

Climatisation doesn't work, it was so cold i was shocked, i was with my child. Humidity and smell terrible from bathroom. Shower broken and pression low.No possibility to open window.

Disappointed

Staff named Magdalena & Julian were very helpful and polite

A female staff member named Lorluna was very arrogant, disrespectful and extremely rude to us upon arrival, we had an issue with our room on arrival and she was laughing at us during the conversation which we didn’t find amusing. She told us that she felt that we were trying to get a free upgrade when our only concern was to be issued a clean room as the one which was issued to us was not clean. I was very upset with the communication as she made us feel uncomfortable on arrival, She should not be working in this environment with her disgusting behaviour.
