Stay was quite comfortable

Hotel is very close to train station. Staff is very polite and helpful, always came forward to guide and help in anyway. Thera are many restaurant nearby and front desk did recommend which one to choose.

noisy but convenient and reasonable

Breakfast better than expected. Helpfullness of staff on reception. Useful location, even if area a bit mixed.

Noisy guests coming in late, talking loudly in the corridors, at midnight and later. I was in 408, and the people in 409 were talking at the top of their voices. I got dressed at 12.50am and went downstairs to reception, and asked if anything could be done. I think the receptionist phoned them, but I can't be sure. They were a little quieter, but continued talking till 2 am. I also told the manageress in the morning, and she apologised. This has put me off somewhat.

Super je recommande

Chambre spacieuse ( on a eu la pmr en rez-de-chaussée) Petit fauteuil avec table , frigo et le nécessaire pour faire du thé ou café dans la chambre. Déjeuner très simple mais avec du choix. La Gare du Nord est à quelques mètres et une autre station de métro également. Un monoprix ne trouve quasi en face de l’hôtel. Le personnel sympathique

Nedoporučuji.

Fotky pokoje neodpovídají realitě. Pokud přijedete do toho hotelu můžete očekávat že se vám na hlavu bude sypat strop. Fotky které nám poslal booking ( jak bude vypadat náš pokoj) byly úplně jiné než to hotel má doopravdy. Měly jsme zarezervované dva pokoje a oba byly fuj! Parkování - 5 min od hotelu. Booking píše že parkování je v hotelu.

Bien mais soyez autonome

Sa proximité avec les gares. La literie confortable et chambre agréable.

L’accueil est à revoir. Au Check-in, le réceptionniste indique une empreinte bancaire même si la chambre est déjà payée. Il m’annonce que l’empreinte est levée immédiatement pendant la nuit du séjour mais il me fait signer un document où il est stipulé un délai de 7 jours… Pour le lendemain, je demande un réveil à 5h45. J’attends toujours la sonnerie du téléphone. Pour le check-out à 6h40 le réceptionniste me dit avoir appelé plusieurs fois sans réponse de ma part étant réveillé depuis 5h30. Il faudrait donc revoir la fonctionnalité des téléphones. J’ai ensuite demandé l’impression d’un document professionnel. Le réceptionniste se trompe dans l’adresse mail… Impossible pour moi d’attendre mon taxi m’attends. Dans tout cela même pas une question sur mon séjour, si cela s’est bien passé. Enfin voilà assurer vous avant d’arriver à l’hôtel.

Lovely stay in a charming property close to station

Great location, really friendly and accommodating staff. Room was nice overlooking busy street so plenty to watch, balcony with table and chairs, adequate facilities in room, lots of power points.

The egg boiler for breakfast was a bit bizarre. Never had to cook eggs in such a machine. Once got the hang of it tho it was ok. Breakfast overall though really good so not trying to pull you down just didn't understand it at first.

Zimmer sind relativ klein. Alles sehr sauber. Frühstück alles da, aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Gute Lage in der Nähe von Bahnhof und Metro/Bus. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Disgusting beyond belief and very scary

The price that was advertised on your site was not true I had to pay more money when I got there the breakfast was awful and definatley not worth the money the room was so claustrophobic the location of hotel was absolutely filthy and very scary plus was only there from Friday till Sunday and Saturday and Sunday builders and other workers were in building outside our room the dust that accumulated in our room caused one of the guest to feeling not being well as she suffered from asthma. We was so looking forward to visiting Paris we checked out if hotel at 9.30 went straight to the station and had to pay an extra £140 to change our train fares home the only nice thing I can say was the reception staff were pleasant the other staff was not how you can rate this hotel and location as a 3 star is beyond belief as I said we was so looking forward to it trip and didn't expected to be like this a whole weekend of feeling scared and unhappy and one of our group becoming ill plus a little trip should have brought us good memories not tears and fears

Lage des Hotels

Beim Einchecken mussten wir einen Betrag in Höhe der 1. Übernachtung zahlen, obwohl das Hotel schon bezahlt war. Dieser sollte nach 7 Tagen zurück erstattet werden was nicht erfolgt ist. Bei Reklamation über booking.com teilte das Hotel mit, wir hätten eine Flasche Wasser verschüttet und das Zimmer sei 3 Tage nicht nutzbar gewesen. Diese Behauptung entspricht in keinster Weise der Wahrheit. Somit können können wir dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

La ubicacion esta bien por que esta cercas de la terminal de autobuses.

La noche que llegamos, nos atendio una persona poco amable, llegamos super cansadas de noche y tardo mucho para hacer el check in, Por otroa lado me cargo una noche extra como "garantia o deposito" a mi tarjeta, cantidad que al dia de hoy Febrero 17 aun no me regresan a mi tarjeta de credito aunque ya envie correo directo al hotel. Pesimo servicio y aun NO me regresan el deposito. Alguien de booking que me pueda ayudar??? gracias

alles in einem alles gut und zufrieden mit der Abwicklung und Aufenthalt.

die Lage ist super zentral man hat es schnell zu beiden Hauptbahnhöfen und überall eine gute Anbindung zur Metro Taxi oder ins Zentrum. die Zimmer sind nicht super groß aber dafür komfortable und alles was man brauch für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Ich find die Flure etwas schwierig mit dem Koffer aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. preisleistung könnte besser sein aber ich war zur Fashion week da und hab spät gebucht also auch gerechtfertigt.

It was close to the station

It was old, dirty with many bad services. The elevator was destroyed, hair dryer was from the 60s, and the room was dirty. The place was over marketed to be much much better.

Great place to stay

Hotel was conveniently 3 mins from eurostar... The hotel staff were so friendly and very helpful.. Lovely comfortable room, spotlessly clean..a lovely balcony too.. Highly recommend this hotel.. Reasonably priced considering how close it is to eurostar..

The lift was a little scary as it stopped mid floor.. But it corrects itself if you press the button again...

Very comfortable location, you can get to most common city cultural/entertainment places in 15-20 min by walk. Hotel itself is quite small but comfortable, please place to stay and enjoy Paris. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Disappointing, compared to previous visits.

The location near the Gare du Nord . That was the best point.

The check-in was not as I had expected. Out of 4 people I dealt with, only one was able to master the situation. A second person gave me a key to a room that had not been vacated .
