The location is good as it is near MTR and shopping areas.

The wifi of the room, as it is very stable. The complimentary drinks in the fridge though we only took the mineral water. It shows the hotel's appreciation towards the guests.

The glass screen for the bathtub could be longer to cover half instead of a quarter of the bathtub. When we showered, water splashed out and the toilet floor was all wet. It is very dangerous for elderly to step out of the bathtub onto the wet floor. Hope your hotel can look into this.

Good

Location is very convenient, close to Jordan station. There are many restaurant and cafe around the vicinity. walking distance to many tourist attraction.

Wifi is very poor.

staff are helpful and efficient. I appreciate that there is always staff to observe the movement of people in the lobby.

It will be more interesting if I may watch YOUTUBE videos. I have tried to connect but at the last step, it wouldn't connect. I　guess this facility is now open to all.

Décevant au niveau confort et accueil.

Emplacement près du métro et restaurants.

Personnel à la réception sans sourire ou gentillesse, entrée de l’hôtel très bruyante. Salle de bain sans douche, équipement vieillissant.

Prudential for me was in a great location. Close to MTR station and things I needed to do.

The place smelt, carpets were dirty, walls were water damaged... It looks like it needs a major refit

地理位置很便利，就在佐敦地铁站的楼上。旁边吃的，万宁药店都很多。去K11 也很方便。

空调的声音太吵了，而且灰尘很大，对粉尘过敏的人需要格外小心。

地下鉄の駅がすぐでロケーションがいい、部屋はシンプルだけど、その分広く感じられるバスタブもあり(ある部屋だった)日本人も快適だと思う

強いて言えば少し暗い、洋服を入れるようなタンスは無い

Pretty smooth and within budget on a good location

I made a last minute booking. I was disappointed to not see option to add breakfast with my room. I was pretty disappointed to not get daily breakfast.

No complimentary breakfast :'(

Kowloon é vivo a noite

Gostei da localização. Vários restaurantes e shoppings a volta. E fica a 15 mn a pé para o Ferry

Do pessoal do hotel. Nem um sorriso na cara. Não parece hotel de 4 estrelas.

整體都很滿意，接觸到的服務人員都很親切，我提出的需求都可以很迅速的達成，讓我們家這次的旅程非常開心。

房間的冷氣真的太冷了⋯⋯，關掉後出風口還是一直吹冷氣出來。

Never again

Breakfast was good. Don't buy it thru Booking.com becouse it cost 24 euro. Buying from hotel only 12 euro.

Hotel try to charge me twice. Be cerefull. Took me few hours to clear me bill. Thanks god I checked my account day before check out.

The keycard is hard to use to get to the lift and the room. It needs a lot of practice to get it right.
