Établissement bien placé pour notre week end mais très vieillissant des travaux sont en cours il aurait été préférable d

L’emplacement et l’accueil du personnel

L’appartement est vieillissant. La tapisserie est très sale et sens mauvais. Des travaux sont en cours ce qui est bien pour l’établissement mais cela a gâché ma grâce matinée. Aucune infos concernant les travaux lors de la réservation

Equipe très à l'écoute et accueillante. Literie confort

Mauvaise idée la moquette ca vieillit très mal plein de taches, et murs en crépi la aussi assez moche et plein de traces. Cuisine mal équipée (électrique de premier prix, pas assez de vaisselle...). Extérieur du bâtiment ça vieillit très mal aussi.

Lovely staff, really clean apparetments but a terrible stay overall.

Average selection of food.

The aircon was broken so the windows had to be left open to keep the tempreture down. There was a loud argument outside the building with the people shouting around 2 am, a lorry unloading washing at 3am and at 5am our bed collapsed. We complained to the reception, the gentleman was very understanding but couldn't do much for us. We waited until the children woke up at 7 and left early.

Great location, awful facilities, should not be on the list to stay

Staff was friendly even though there was nothing they could do to improve the stay. Location was very good.

The carpet was disgusting and staff tried to find a clean room and none was available. Also minimum towels available, only one creamer for 2 people for morning coffee…not customer focused

Comfy bed but the place was basically a dump.

Location, and the bed was super comfortable, couch too.

The stains on the carpet which were disgusting, the fact that there was a hole in a wall and that the staff barely reacted when I mentionned it. Also there was no spoons, forks or knives in the kitchen. Not worth the price charged!

Disappointing

Apartment comfortable and most facilities okay. Breakfast provided was very good.

Terrible smell in the room when I first checked in. Complained at reception and asked for an air freshener as there were no other cleaned apartments available. No air freshener available and was informed by person on reception that the cleaner hadn't turned in so that was maybe why there was the smell. Not very happy with this explanation for obvious reasons. No ironing facilities in the room as advertised on Booking.com. I come to Nantes very couple of months on business but won't be staying here again.
