Una buena opción para visitar Toulouse

Instalaciones modernas y muy bien conservadas. Muy limpio y muy céntrico

La primera noche, una hora antes que se acabara el servicio de desayuno ya no había absolutamente ningún pan. Daba la sensación que tenían poca gente para el servicio de desayuno, los camareros que restaban se esforzaban pero no llegaban a todo.

Çalışanların güleryüzü İle eksiklerin telafi edildiği rahat bir seyehat

Konumu güzeldi. Problemlerimize imkanları ölçüsünde hemen cevap verildi.

Üç kişi için ayrılan odayı, arkadaşın biri gelmeyince iki tek yataklı odaya değiştmedik. Otel çok doluydu. İkram 1 şişe su sadece ilk gün verildi.

La localisation

Les odeurs désagréables couloir et chambres Le decors froid et inutilement compliqué C était un dimanche soir mais les équipes présentes étaient comme le lundi matin peu concernées par les clients Le petit déjeuner très moyen là encore inutilement compliqué ( appareil pour faire ses œufs soi même qui chauffe mal, tasses pour le café dépareillées volontairement rangées dans des étagères. Du coup on ne sait pas si il faut les prendre ou pas ,ect…

Parfait

Chambre spacieuse et bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Repas du soir élaboré et à un prix raisonnable. Un billard et un babyfoot dans la spacieuse entrée.

Le manque d'espace un peu plus cocooning notamment au bar mais ce n'est qu'un détail, l'hôtel est top.

Évitez le bar

L’acceuil excellent de la réception que ce soit le soir ou le matin. La literie et la proximité du garage avec un tarif très correct , la fraîcheur et l’originalité du buffet le midi .

Le service bar très désagréable, pas serviable et répondant sèchement en nous prenant de haut comme si le fait de travailler dans un mercure leur donnait une supériorité vis à vis du client . Certaines ne sont pas à leur place et vu leur envie ( sur l’échelle de 0 à 10 , on va mettre 1) de servir le client vaut mieux qu’elles s’orientent sur une autre voie professsionnelle. Heureusement que nous étions entre collègues et qu’on en a ri mais vraiment le service du bar est à revoir .

Gostamoss muito do hotel, perto de todas as atrações turísticas centrais e com ótimo conforto. Em especial, destacamos a gentileza e educação do pessoal da recepção. Sempre com sorrisos prestaram um atendimento perfeito.

Great location for Toulouse break

Great location, easy access to metro and bus. Clean and plenty of space to sit around passing time (except on Sunday when brunch appears to be very popular!)

Pillows were pretty soft and weren't the most comfortable

Aucune considération pour une annulation sur un tarif non remboursable. Pas de report de dates possible, mais un retranchement derrière une politique. Pas d’alternative possible non plus. Bref la solution future sera un boycott total du groupe. Merci bonne année bonne santé économique

Hotel acogedor , muy buen trato y bien situado

La amabilidad y disposición para ayudar del personal ,,sobretodo de recepción, fue excepcional. Es raro encontrar tanta atención. La habitacion era tranquila y la cama muy grande y comoda. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. El futbolin y la mesa de billar todo un acierto. Los jovenes lo disfrutaron mucho.

Great value Impeccable Service

All staff, from reception to cleaners and restaurant/bar staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Their kindness and service was truly appreciated.

I was very happy with my stay. Good value but if I were to say anything the rooms are a bit tired. Next time I'll upgrade to a room with a bathtub.

I would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was great, and there was several of the staff always ready to help me. The front desk staff was always there to either call a taxi or suggest or make restaurants reservations. Nice room and shower, although I'm not a fan of the bathroom being in what's called a separate "water closet".

The hotel is situated in a very nice location with the university and Japanese gardens next door close by. If you're looking for the center of town with lots of restaurant choices and lots of energy, this hotel is not for you.

I had a problem outside of purview of hotel services and two of the staff members, Mairie( Reception) and Fabbian ( restaurant) were exceedingly helpful and greatly appreciated by me.

Good location for the airport. But room wasn't great with dirty sheets and mold in the fridge and the fridge wasn

good location, lobby and bar area was nice.

sheets were dirty, fridge in room didn't work and had mold in it. It was disgusting. Terrible view of a dirty roof. wasn't impressed. I wish I would of taken pictures

Good location. Lots of restaurants, shops and other amenities in the area. Direct bus to airport right in front if the hotel. Trains and buses at their doorstep. Good breakfast included. Huge park next to hotel.

Excellent hotel in centre of toulouse

The hotel is centrally located and has very comfortable rooms. The staff were extremely helpful and helped me with booking a cab to the airport on the last day when there was a general strike all over France
