Receptionist Samir was very sympathetic and does his job very well 😊👏👏He was a very helpful person🥰 It even upset me that he was carrying heavy items under the umbrella in the pool😔😔 Is this the receptionist's job? I don't think it should. Rooms are large enough. Beds are comfortable 😊 Nice to have a small fridge and safe in the room.

Morning room cleaners talking very loudly in the hallway. They run vacuum cleaners in the hallways early in the morning. Sometimes the vacuum cleaner hits the door. Breakfast is very expensive. There may be a more normal price application. There is an intense smell of humidity at the entrance of the hotel.

Disappointing.

We always book a hotel with a restaurant as after a long journey we just want to relax, unfortunately the restaurant although advertised was not open on a Saturday evening and there was nothing in the area within walking distance, so we had to get back in the car and drive again.

Dissapointing did not meet expectation.

Nice hotel with a promise of great facilities.

After a 300 Mile trip it was very dissapointing to learn that the restaurant was not available for food and so we had to travel by car again to find food with no other options within walking distance. It would have been nice to be informed at time of booking.

good sleeping place for my work nearby, 10 minted walking

Nice to have an extra door between the sleeping room and the hallway of the hotel for extra silence for sleeping. also the kitchen chef was delivering good salads!

No special coffee at the room, but just freeze packed coffee with bad taste.

Location: nothing interesting within walking distance. Hotel: while adequate, it's also quite forgettable

Exceptional

the staff were friendly and helpful, the room were clean and well equipped, I also wanted to take a moment to thank Florence for her excellent service during my stay. From the moment I arrived, Florence went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

More vegetarian options for Breakfast.

Decent hotel; nice outside restaurant

The location is nice, interaction with the staff was easy.

The bar was closed very early (10pm?). With very little to do in Sophia anthipolis I would expect it to be open longer. Also, after my arrival (on the first day) my room was given to another guest as well, and he walked into my room. While it was all resolved quickly (and it was an obvious mistake from the receptionist who assigned us both the same room) I think this shouldn't never happen and didn't make me very comfortable for the rest of my stay.

acceptable quality hotel, poor service in our experience.

the hotel is clean and the location is good in the forest in front of SKEMA university.

Breakfast was poor, the two coffee machines were broken for more than half an hour, at 9;30 h they dismantled the breakfast and did not take into account that we were waiting for coffee, the two people helping during breakfast were not very polite. We were thinking of staying one more night and we changed hotel due to this incident which was very unpleasant.

Rude staff Least value for money Pathetic cleanliness Average breakfast spread Manager had least customer care manners. Over priced No staff availability for any task. If you ask for anything, the standard reply is...come to the reception and carry it yourself, as small an item like an Iron. Very very poor service.

- slow staff (reception) and not very professional - rooms are all with a big sofa which make the room even smaller - breakfast not worth it - barley any fresh things available + is taken down at the exact ending time even though there are still people at the buffet trying to get some food - gym equipped with a stepper a treadmill and a bike that’s it- no water available - only one water in the room - even there are two people when asking for another water bottle it is denied for 185€ per night I would not recommend the hotel

great pool and the interconnecting rooms were great, friendly staff, comfortable and peaceful

the shower holder was broken and the telephone was dirty also the bar and restaurant are very expensive

Disappointing

I liked the bathroom and the size of the tv in the room.

The smell, the insects in the bedroom, the fact that the reception couldn’t book me a cab (luckily I kept the taxi details of the guy who picked me up at the airport on arrival) - what hôtel doesn’t book its clients a cab???that’s unacceptable to me. The location was very remote (literally in the pine forest). The breakfast was good if you like continental but if you expect a nice fried up don’t bother. The staff doesn’t even ask how and if if you’d like eggs. Not a 4 stars hotel I would rate it 2 stars. Réception wasn’t even a proper reception it was a guy behind a small table (when there was even someone). AVOID.
