Très beau séjour

Staff did relocate us but we were left with a nasty memory. As a member of Accor this is regretted.

Location. Outdoor pool has glorious views over the beach.

Room 318 had a distinct odour of sewage which we reported to staff. Whilst we were apparently upgraded to this room (quite what our original room would have been like is questionable) 318 had a messy balcony and no view AT ALL - just a hedge! This was deeply disappointing particularly as I anticipated an enjoyable stay as I had been here before.

W sumie to sie nam podobalo.Zaloga ratowala nastroje.

W hotelu byla bardzo mila i profesjonalna zaloga Pokoj byl lanie posprzatany ale tarasu juz nie da sie posprzatac bo trzeba go odnowic .Lazienka tez wymaga odnowienia.

Wiele rzeczy wymaga remontu .Hotel jest mocno wyeksploatowany. Basen wewnetrzny tez jest do remontu.Dzwi do lazieki sa bardzo male .Na szczescie jest mila obsluga i to powoduje sympatyczna atmosfere

Daylight robbery

The location is fantastic. The view of the sunset against the beautiful Atlantic Ocean is spectacular. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

This is by far the worst 5 star hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel is showing clear signs of disrepair and general ageing. The restaurant food is average at best and the €30 breakfast is disgraceful with absolutely no spread (I have had better breakfasts at 2 star hotels!). The drinks and the food are set at extortionate prices (and so is the hotel room). Facilities are old, not very impressive and mostly unused. They save money on staff so keep the lobby bar closed. Not very child friendly. If the setting of the hotel wasn’t where it was, this place would have closed down years ago!

We love Biarritz and the location of this hotel is excellent to enjoy beach and town but the hotel facilities could use

breathtaking location - excellent staff

we were right on the ocean - location is amazing - the weather wasn’t great but still enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and the haman - staff were excellent

we liked the hotel - for what we paid we thought it was good value.

Love Biarritz but for a 4/5 star hotel didn’t meet expectations

Disappointed that a dog friendly hotel won’t allow dogs in communal areas. We visited the bar one night. It was empty and wanted to have a quick drink but were refused as we had our well behaved dog. Please don’t offer yourself as a dog friendly hotel if you don’t have dog friendly areas. Also the air con in rooms does not work. Two nights of terrible sleep as Room was like an oven. As someone who’s lived in France for three years I was staggered at the heat in bedrooms.

Nice stay

Location is excellent - the view, the beach, and proximity to the center. The in-house SPA (Thalassotherapy) is really nice. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, check in and check out were excellent.

It is a great shame not enough attention is given to the fabric of the building.

location was excellent few minutes walk to town and restaurants, beach front with magnificent views, room had a sizeable balcony over looking the ocean and pool which was great

property is outdated and in need of refurbishment, the carpets are clean but tired, windows in common areas are rusty and in need of maintenance, and these things are an eye soar. Accor hotels should do much better than this.

the spa area is very very sub standard. poorly attended, no help. critically in need of updating & cleaning the sauna areas. Un healthy & un safe for your lungs.
