Luxueux séjour sur la côte d’Azur

Außergewöhnliches Haus

Lt. Buchung war Frühstück incl., es wurde jedoch mit 52€ berechnet, auf meine Nachfrage dazu wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht für high Season zutrifft! Sollte bei booking com korrigiert werden!

Ik had er meer van verwacht .

Het is een mooie accommodatie en de kamers waren netjes .

De kamers zijn netjes, doch zeer eenvoudig ingericht . Er is haast geen decoratie aanwezig . Vooral de badkamers zijn bijzonder klein en met goedkope materialen afgewerkt . Voor een hotel met deze standing en prijs , verwacht je toch een hogere afwerkingsgraad . La Croisette leek wel een bouwwerf, met tal van vrachtwagens, met opleggers en bouwkranen die voor het terras passeerden. Van de mooie binnen tuin van het hotel hebben we niet kunnen genieten gezien de afbraakwerken van een tent. Bovendien , was de Beach club niet toegankelijk .Van rust en ontspanning was er bijgevolg geen sprake.

Superb facility in one of France's most beautiful cities

The location is great. the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The food was exceptional and so was the service. Access to the property is easy with their front driveway and the valet was superb

There could have been some extra towel racks in the bathroom. But other than that the recent renovation made it the best hotel on our trip.

Very nice hotel but needs some improvements for money paid.

Good location, nice pool and garden. Staff were really nice and room cleaning was good.

A LOT of hidden charges. To use the Carlton beach chairs, even as a hotel guest, it’s €140 per person. We had to pay €52 euros for one coffee (as they said it was part of breakfast buffet and they didn’t told us breakfast was nearly €60 per person). They said dry cleaning was free for 3 items but then charged us anyway. It was kind of exhausting trying to always be on the lookout for what additionally they tried to charge. Maybe not everyone checks the bill. The room was very small too and a few things didn’t work; the mini fridge, the shower changed temperature, the sink wouldn’t drain. For £600 a night for a basic room, we felt more like we were part of a big machine that just wanted to get cash from us anywhere they could, rather than giving a client-centred experience. Just be prepared for that because it was a bit surprising for us and we left feeling a bit drained.

Fantastisch luxe hotel op toplocatie aan de boulevard

Fantastisch personeel en top service, tot het zemen van de voorruit van de auto toe, zeer hondvriendelijk hotel met zelfs een ingelijste foto van ons bij de voederbakjes! Prachtige suite met uitzicht op zee vanuit alle Franse balkons.

The Iconic Carlton back in good shape and our favourite Cannes location

Beautifully renovated with inner courtyard, garden and pool. Great room with lots of space and side seaview to Le Massif de l'Esterel. Great to have complimentary minibar. Special thanks to helpful and refreshing reception staff Charles-Arthur and Fabio 😊.

Would have been great if it were possible to sit outside on a terrasse looking at La Croisette.

Perfect stay in an amazing hotel where we were spoiled!

The hotel is beautiful form the minute you pull up to it. The staff can’t do enough for you. The rooms are exceptional as is breakfast service. Beach club and pool area are fantastic. It’s pricey but it’s Cannes so just enjoy it!

Gorgeous hotel, but needs some adjustments/improvements on the staff

The location was perfect. The concierge team was amazing.

First of all, the lady with whom we checked in said that everything in the minibar was free. At checkout it turned out not be the case (and the lady that said so was not available according to the manager). Second, the man that was working at the pool said to us that the pool was closed due to a private event. So we had to leave!! People were swimming at that exact moment and they said that was not true. So after that we called the reception and they confirmed that the pool was not closed. It was a very unpleasant experience.

I loved it I will stay again !!!

I loved the location and the staff was pleasant.

The air conditioning was not working well. Our room smelled and it was horrible. The service was very slow and has dropped in recent years. This hotel is known for their superior service and it was not like in years past.

The hotel after the renovation it’s really amazing !

When I came to the hotel they give me the smallest room that it’s possible to get (and please don’t tell me it’s what I order because I got the kids side of the family room even normal closet I didn’t have ) and only after in my room in the middle of the night my electricity gone in the room and they had to change for me a room and only after it I get a normal room like it’s should be for hotel that you pay more then 1000 euro per night ! I really will think twice next time if I will suggest someone or come to this hotel because it’s really bad experience to get from the staff of the hotel. You spend so much money on the hotel don’t give people this felling so they will think twice to come to your hotel or not because you really did a good job with the hotel
