Sehr sauberes Hotel, bequemes Bett, 4 Tram Haltestellen von der Innenstadt entfernt

Bequemes Bett, sehr sauber, Wasserkocher, Tassen, Gläser, Tee und Kaffeebeutel im Zimmer. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Bedezimmer klein, aber fein. Fernsehen im Zimmer - alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Unten ein Rewe und Bäckerei, wo man auch frühstücken kann;)

Die Fenster waren zur Straße hin, da muss man auch ein bisschen Straßenlärm ertragen können;)

They had secure parking.

It was very disappointing stay , the rooms are very dated and tired, went for breakfast one morning an hour before it finished and asked for bacon, was told no more bacon for today, not very good customer service. The same day we had no hot water until early evening.

Exceptional

I really liked the hotel. We slept well in extremely comfortable beds, the room was hot, but the air conditioner was refreshing. We found plenty of towels in the bathroom as well as a very large coil to dry them. We were very pleased with the kettle with coffee and tea, which we drank in the mornings. The hotel is conveniently located, with a bus and tram stop right next to the hotel, so it was very easy to get to the center of Leipzig. Although the hotel is right on the road, it was quiet and peaceful at night because the windows of the hotel faced the inner courtyard. I am very glad I chose this accommodation option during my trip!

Very good

Tram stops in front of the hotel. They were really nice to our dog. Got a welcoming kit for her.

The room was really hot. The fan in the room was helping a bit but it would be nice if there was a larger fan available or a ceiling fan.

I liked being there, the hotel has awesome vibes like a was on holidays :)

There is a stop near the hotel and some local shops

It’s a bit far away from Bahnhof (≈2,9 km), but as there are many trams (like one in 10 minutes) it’s okay

The staff were good and friendly.

Very basic rooms with basic facilities. The price was too high for this hotel but we had no choice since we went during Leipzig book fair.

Good connection with the city centre, friendly staff, adequate price for room standard

None informed us that our room was just next to the elevator which seemed to be very old and noisy, noises in the night were tiresome

bit far from main town but easily got to by tram which rum very frequently.

staff not very helpful. I asked for a few coffee sachets and was told I needed to wait as they didn’t get replaced till the next day. there was only four in the room when we arrived. four between two people
