Still a good hotel for a night or weekend.

Excellent service for my Insulin box, since the room had no fridge. Easy additional breakfast booking right at my redecision on the moring. Unfortunalely HanseDom is not longe part of the booking as years before.

Take care on your status. Invenstment/reconstruction requirements are visible allready.

Disappointing

Breakfast was decent, rooms were spatious and clean, shower and bathroom were well equipped and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

The bed's mattress was abysmal, felt like some kind of styrofoam. It was so soft I barely got any sleep at all during the two nights I stayed. Other friends staying at the hotel had the same experience. If a hotel with such a price tag can't provide for the most basic need and the reason to stay in a hotel in the first place, namely to allow for and support comfort and recovery, it does not deserve a good rating. Also, the parking fees they charge on top of the already steep price per night are insulting.

Low price-performance ratio

The room was very clean and the stuff friendly and helpful.

The hotels location is very decentral in Stralsund and the look of the vecinity buildings weren't a great view. Last but bot least was the price way to hight. Especally if you are a enthusiastic waterslider. Every slide (the kids slide excluded) was closed without any informations in advance because of renovation works. The breakfast was okay, but also to expensive.

I will recommend it this hotel to anyone and I will love to go back

we had a nice time. the staffs were very nice and the breakfast was very good. the pool area was so nice that my kids didn’t want to go home.

one thing that was annoying is that the ambulance was driving pass every night making a lot of noise. it was disappointing that the slides was not working. I

Good hotel with great food

The personal at the hotel is quite Amazing, very kind and helpful without being intrusive. Room had good space, one of the beads was quite comfortable. Close to water park and mall. Food is amazing, buffet breakfast and dinner was simply awesome.

One of the beds was a sofa-bed, very uncomfortable. Is a little bit far from old town.

I was not comfortable with the hotel attendants.

The bedroom.

The wi-fi only works for one device and it disconnects easily and to reconnect it is necessary to enter login and password again. Staff not very polite to give directions when you are a foreigner. In the bathroom the water passes under the shower door and floods the bathroom.

The price was reasonable and parking free. the rooms om for family stay.

Building needs renovation from outside, the house looks old and a little dirty and old! inside of the hotel and the rooms have been renovated and all in all they were quite comfortable, family room big enough! all was good but work on renovating the hotels facade!

the hotels facade is a little drawback and ugly! Even a little coloring would help!

The combination with Hansedome was really not working, bar closed and it closed one hour earlier than what was announced.

Friendly staff

Breakfast - no offers, had to ask for all by ourselves e.g. nobody told us we could have Joghurt. Only accidentally we were brought some. Next day we had to ask again. That was the same for fruit, eggs, cereals, other than apple juice The sofa bed was not comfortable.
