Sehr nettes Personal. Tolle Lage, Nähe Marktplatz, trotzdem ruhig. Zimmer teilweise mit kleiner Küchenzeile. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gute Betten/Matratzen.

Kan godt anbefale det her fine hotel hvor man virkelig føler sig velkommen og får meget for sine penge.

Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme, beliggenheden var perfekt, og lejligheden var stor og havde alt hvad vi skulle bruge. Også fin morgenmad. Kan godt anbefale stedet!

Meget snæver parkeringsplads på en anden plads end ved selve hotellet. Men pyt, der var det mindste.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel in bester Lage . Wernigerode ist eine wunderschöne Stadt die jeden Besuch wert

Sehr sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption . Die Lage des Hotels ist super und das Restaurant Kartoffelhaus mit seinen sehr freundlichen Angestellten und dem leckeren Essen ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert .

Gutes Hotel mit schlechtem Personal

Lage, Preis und Sauberkeit waren einwandfrei.

Rezeption war recht unfreundlich und alles andere als hilfsbereit. Zusatzkosten für Parkplatz und Kurtaxe wurden nicht erwähnt und dann kommentarlos am Schluss abgerechnet. Bzgl Frühstück mussten wir extra dazusagen, dass dieses nicht gebucht war, sonst wären wir auch hier kommentarlos eingetragen worden mit einer wahrscheinlichen späteren Abrechnung

Es war ein sehr schöner Kurztrip ,Hotel sehr Zentrumsnah und sauber

Hotel liegt besonders zentral,es war sehr ruhig,Zimmer waren sehr sauber,überaus schönes Badezimmer...Parkplatz direkt auf dem Hotelgelände,die Bitte nach einem Wasserkocher wurde erfüllt...

Es könnte zusätzlich ein Sessel im Zimmer sein... Leider riecht es sehr nach Essen

Perfect location and better than expected toon!

This hotel is rated 3 stars but should be 4. It was such a pleasant surprise with a large bedroom and bathroom. Restaurant could be the best we’ve eaten at in Germany so far. Bed was a bit hard but ok. Location was perfect to see all the fights. Reception was very friendly. Highly recommend.

No coffee or tea in room.

We had a great weekend.

On the Saturday I needed to leave very early, an hour before breakfast starts. A big thank you to all of the staff who made it possible for me to get some breakfast and a cup of tea at 6 am. Staff was generally very friendly and approachable.

Suitable for remote working

Best internet for remote work. Location is right in the heart of the city.

There are limited parking spots in the courtyard of the hotel. So, in case all spots are already taken, you must park at the second parking lot of the hotel (located few meters away from the hotel) which costs you 8€ per day.

This is a fantastic town with lots of fun things to do and this is a great place to stay. Location, staff, food and room

Great stay!

Location was perfect. Staff was friendly. Room was big, clean and had most of what we needed.

In my opinion, I prefer firmer pillow and the pillows were too soft. I also felt that the room was not sound proofed enough but I understand this is what happens in an older building.

Cosy stayover on our way through Germany.

Very conveniently located right in the centre of Wernigerode, a city located at the Harz mountain range, small yet beautiful. We like to stop here during our end of year holiday transit. The city has a very cosy christmas market. The hotel is very good for families with kids. It offers spacy and comfortable studio rooms, with a separate bedroom and a kitchenette. We were able to charge our car overnight at the charger available at the hotel's parking.

No remarks here.

A friendly Hotel which is well ran, directly in the Town centre too

Positive and productive Staff, Cleanliness of Room was excellent, Breakfast buffet was a treat! As well as being constantly refilled by staff.

The hotel has the Kartoffelhaus and it was closed on the Wednesday we were there....This is 2022 isnt it time Germany changed this half day Wednesday closing 😊?

Excellent location, excellent room - would stay again.

Superb location - breakfast included which was extremely varied and well served. Room large with sofa/fridge and balcony - excellent and much needed in the heatwave. Lifts were also welcome in the heat!

Once we had worked out the designated parking near to the hotel, it was perfect. That took a little time and during that time we were parked on the road and worried about being issued a ticket. The difficulty was that the duty staff when we arrived spoke very little English. Eventually with a combination of my German and his English, we worked it out and it was perfect thereafter. A reminder about the tourist tax would have been useful when we checked in, rather than being presented with the bill as we left. Again, probably down to our combined language skills:)

Exceptional

Fabulous location. Google maps does not recommend any public transport connections, so you have to go directly to the local transport system website. Extremely comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast, and the free transport ticket and book of vouchers you receive on paying the City tax offers discounts to a number of really cool sites. Don't be surprised when you arrive at the Kartoffel Haus and don't see a hotel reception. It's in the courtyard in the back, and the restaurant staff are kind enough to show you the way.
