wunderschöner erholsamer Aufenthalt in toller Immobilie

sehr schöne ruhige Lage mit Blick auf die Altstadt von Eisenach. Nettes Personal; sichere Unterbringung des Fahrrades. Sehr schöner Frühstücksraum mit Innenterrasse und tolle, genussvoll und variantenreiche Frühstücksauswahl. Getränke auf dem Zimmer waren im Preis inbegriffen und auch eine Kaffeemaschine war auf dem Zimmer verfügbar

Super nettes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hunde sind sehr willkommen. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum.

schöner Kurztrip nach Eisenach mit super Übernachtung

Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und der Service war auch sehr gut; die Mitarbeiterinnen haben immer nachgefragt, neu aufgelegt etc. Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, kann man nicht so viel erzählen... die Lage war jedoch top in einem schönen Villenviertel.

Parkplatzsuche; der Aufstieg mit dem Gepäck - für Gehbehinderte nicht gut geeignet; der Hotelhund hat uns freudig begrüßt - als Angsthase war ich doch etwas erschrocken, auch wenn er wirklich nichts getan hat...

I wish we had had another night here! Great breakfast and beautiful rooms!

Beautifully renovated small hotel - great views and a delicious breakfast! Very accommodating and put our 2 rooms right next to each other. Lots of space in the rooms!

Parking was a little tight. Because it is so high up on a hill, walking somewhere was tough when we came back!

Great place! Please use metallic shower heads instead of plastic/rubber ones.

Breakfast: 10/10. Lavish breakfast buffet + eggs in your preferred style. Room: 10/10. Comfortable bed, wide work desk, free drinks, clean wardrobe, safe with number lock. Location: 10/10. Close to downtown Eisenach and also only 1 hour walking distance from Wartburg (castle). Staff: 10/10. Provided great help in spite of not all of them knowing English. They provided me with a physical map and marked the route to Wartburg for my hike (I prefer the physical map to Google maps).

Bathroom: 5/10. The handheld shower's plastic (or rubber?) head had "fibres" sticking out which I thought were hair at first but the staff assured me that it was just plastic; in any case, that made me a very uncomfortable. Please consider switching to metallic shower heads. Elevator: 0/10. No elevator.

Disappointing

We found when we arrived that Hotel Villa Anna had overbooked and we had no room. They had advised us by message the night before our arrival. Fortunately Hotel Volla Anna had made an alternate booking about 7km away.

Very disappointed with late notice. We did not see the message until we arrived. We were happy with the standard of alternate venue but it was well out of town and distant from our planned activities. Overbooking shouldn't happen.

Exceptional

The hotel is super comfy. The staff is very friendly. We will definitely come here again. You can start hiking directly from the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional.

Refurbished to a modern standard

Traditional property refurbished in modern style. Larger than average room and finely furnished. Great breakfast selection. Limited English spoken but not a problem. Great location for the Wartburg and walkable to the town centre.

Great value and lovely home-like feeling.

The included breakfast was truly wonderful. So much to choose from. They make eggs to your liking. Beds super comfortable. Great views of the city since you are high up. Staff very helpful.

There is no lift and quite a few stairs up to hotel Lobby which can be hard with heavy bags.

Exceptional

This is a super cute b&b with modern and clean furnishings. The staff were very accommodating for my father and gave him a room on the main floor because he was not able to climb the stairs to his room on the third floor. The included breakfast was very nice with a nice selection of bread, spreads and deli. WiFi was great and minibar was included! Get room 22! It has a lovely terrace and is very comfortable :)

Wish it was more accessible for those with disabilities.

Amazing boutique hotel with very friendly staff

All in all it was an exceptional stay: friendly staff, great location in the middle of the villa quarter, comfortable bed and cosy breakfast buffet area. We simply loved our stay and will come back :-)

Great view, great location, great everything.

The facilities are very modern and very well kept. The view to the mountains and valleys is really nice. The neighborhood is nice. The breakfast (due to Covid-19 restrictions) was served at the table, but was very lovely. Overall, we'd love to come back again. The rooms and bathrooms were very generous.
