Viel wat tegen.

De airconditioning werkte goed, de druk van de douche was ook prima, maar verder was het basic.

Ik was de avond ervoor ook in een Best Western Hotel (in Hamburg), maar dat was vele malen beter en luxer. Deze kamer was erg basic en erg duur voor wat er geboden wordt.

Hotel für einen stadtbesuch gut geeignet

Wir hatten ein Studio im Nebengebäude. Das Zimmer war sehr groß mit separaten Schlafzimmer. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher für Tee. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. In der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof und nur 10 min in die Altstadt. Fenster gingen raus auf den Innenhof, dadurch war es angenehm ruhig.

Der Parkplatz im Innenhof ist sehr teuer. Wir haben in der Nähe auf einem günstigeren Parkplatz geparkt. Im Zimmer fehlt eine Garderobe an der Tür um nasse Jacken aufzuhängen.

- Bademäntel zu klein - Sauberkeit im Bad und der Fußböden - Seife nicht nachgefüllt - Heizung/Lüftung funktionierte nur teilweise

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, das Frühstück war sehr gut und alles frisch und ständig wurde aufgefüllt ,die Lage zum Bahnhof war super

Silvester

Besonders hervorragend waren die Mitarbeiter des Hotels, egal ob im Frühstücksservice , an der Bar oder beim Einchecken. Das Frühstück war prima, zu Neujahr sogar mit Glückskeks. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.

Wir haben nix zu meckern.

Die super Lage und das Frühstück

Bar geschlossen, Zimmer im Innenhof und bei geöffneten Fenster war nicht an schlafen zu denken. Laute Lüftungsanlage läuft die ganze Nacht. Sehr kleine Zimmer, für eine Nacht okay. Krach durch Servicepersonal am zeitigen morgen und der Fahrstuhl war eine Zumutung.

Die Zimmer und Ausstattung war sehr gut. Wir waren nur für die Nacht dort. Schön war, dass es 2 Sessel und einen kleinen Tisch gab. Platz war ausreichend, Lage sehr gut! Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und hat ehrlich gelächelt 👍

Exceptional

My room was in an ideal location, just to the right of reception and close to the breakfast. I particularly appreciated that breakfast begins at 6:30am and that we can check-out at noon. This makes everything leisurely and not a rush to leave right after breakfast. The man and woman at the front desk were very nice. I was able to leave my suitcase for a short while after checking out.

Very convenient and pleasant property.

Excellent breakfast, great variety and pleasant dining room. We made a last minute change and wanted a hotel convenient to the train station. This hotel was an extremely pleasant surprise.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Excellent breakfast.

Despite having a room away from streets, people in the courtyard talked loudly until midnight but I didn’t complain or notify the management.

Location short walk from station, short walk to centre.

All staff were very pleasant but very little English was spoken.

Pleasant

Breakfast was good, with everything important avialable. The rooms were clean and there was a possibility to make tea.

It was very noisy because the tram goes right past the hotel. However, since the rooms are not air-conditioned, the windows had to stay open.

nerby city center and train station

The location was perfect, all sightseeins were nearby and the train station as well. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, would recommend this hotel if you want to stay somewhere nearby the city center and train station.

Better in cold weather!

The hotel is old and in need of a refresh but the staff were helpful plenty of information was provided on the services they offered and we're happy to provide extra towels pillows etc. The location was fantastic for a short stopover on our way to Berlin via train and there were plenty of shops in the area and was easy to get around from here.

Unfortunately it was very hot the night we stayed and the hotel has no air conditioning in the rooms. Even with the window open it was a very hot and uncomfortable night. I can see the hotel is well set up for cold weather just not hot weather. The fridge was also not working which was not overly bothersome but would have been nice to be able to keep some drinks cold.
