Hotel muy bien ubicado, cómodo y espacioso.

Habitaciones espaciosas y muy cómodas. Hotel está excelentemente bien ubicado para luego tener la opción de conocer puntos turísticos de interés de la ciudad a pie.

Esperábamos más opciones Veganas / sin soya para el desayuno, sin embargo, fuera de eso, el desayuno ha sido muy bueno.

Die Lage, das große Zimmer, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Muffige Kammer in guter Lage

Die Lage im Stadtzentrum.

Das Einchecken hat sehr lange gedauert. Ein Gast vor uns konnte keine Buchung vorweisen und das musste geklärt werden. Wir haben also 10 Minuten gewartet. Dann haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, welches nur ein Fenster hatte, eine dunkle Kammer zum Innenhof. Dabei stellte sich heraus, dass die Fotos auf der Webseite nicht den Gegebenheiten entsprechen, sie wurden mit einem extreme Weitwinkel aufgenommen, so dass das kleine, muffige und niedrige Zimmer groß und hell erscheint. Die Ausstattung insgesamt, stammt aus den Neunzigern und ist schon damals billig gewesen.

Überwiegend angenehmer Aufenthalt

Freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, besonderer Service: Tee und Kaffee kann man sich sowohl in der Lobby als auch im Zimmer zubereiten, köstliches Frühstück. Besonderheit: geschmackvolle Checkkarte zum Tür öffnen in Holzoptik.

Ich wünsche mir AUCH rin paar gesündere Snacks an der Rezeption z. B. Apfel, Bananen, Nüsse, bittere Schokolade möglichst on Bio/faire-Trade-Qualität. So blieb mir nur, für 4,50 € eine bereits angebraten, überzuckerte Rittersport-Schokolade essen zu müssen, weil in der Umgebung nach 22 Uhr nichts Essbares mehr aufzutreiben war.

Ich kann das Hotel ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen.

Zimmer mit Fenster zum Innenhof, deswegen angenehm ruhig, relativ zentrale Lage, überdurchschnittliche kompetente und freundliche Dame am Empfangstresen, Zimmer in angenehmer Größe und guter Ausstattung.

Oberfläche des Fußbodenbelages machte einen leicht strapazierten Eindruck.

Room has air conditioning and this worked well, there was free tea at the hall. The restaurant is modern and has a nice terrace

I booked a single room and when I arrived they told me all single rooms were booked. They got a double room for me at the end for an extra charge. The minibar was empty and I was told in the reception there would be drinks

Perfect location and delicious breakfast

Beautiful trees and waterways

The location was within walking distance to the areas around parks and waterways.

Not the friendliest staff at front desk on arrival. Lovely staff when we had breakfast and on departure. I Area information would be handy. Parking full, but public car park not far.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms,

I didn't like the prices for the drinks in the hotel. I ordered a glass of red wine without asking for a menu/wine card. If I had of known how expensive it was, I wouldn't have ordered it. The staff didn't tell me the price, just kept filling my glass.

Not great, ok. But not my expectation of a Novotel.

They forgot to clean the room one night. There was also one moment when there was no cool water running, only hot water. Booking was also a bit messy. Receptionist blamed it on the load due to Hannover Messe, but I think that should not be an excuse for an Accor brand like Novotel.

Nice and convenient, close to the center but fr enough to have peace and quiet

it was clean and cosy… located in a close and pretty area! just in front of gorgeous city hall! :)

I had a feeling the towel I dropped on the floor to be changed just folded back in the rack when I got back to the room.
