Great location

Excellent location, across the street from the train station, right next to the old city. The hotel is quiet. The fact that the smoking area is just at the main entrance (outside) and the terrace adjacent is smoking is not pleasant. One has to quickly go through!

Excellent hotel with one of the best staff I have experienced

The location of the property was excellent and the staff was super friendly. They also looked after every single need that we had. Special shout out to the bar tender Mizan who was excellent!

The air conditioning could have been more effective.

Outstanding hotel!

This elegant hotel is literally at the train station. The lobby is lovely and the staff is professional, friendly and ready to help with anything. It seemed they anticipated our needs before we even asked. We were greeted with a warm hand towel and refreshing drink as our luggage was whisked away. The room was in the smaller side but well appointed with beveled mirror closets lit inside, a large bath tub and a desk. Our room was remarkably quiet despite being so close to the train station. The butler came by twice to offer chocolates and welcome us. The fresh flowers in the lobby were positively outstanding. The rose in our bathroom was a bit disappointing, it seemed a bit old fashioned with a clunky square vase with glass stones. We did enjoy the fresh fruit and mini chocolates provided, as well as the soft robes. Also the live band in the bar was terrific and the place was filled ( but not packed) with guests truly enjoying themselves! Thank you.

Wunderbares Zürich Wochenende in einem sehr schönen Hotel

Sehr schönes Haus mitten in der Stadt direkt gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofs. Professioneller Service, sehr schicke und gut ausgestattete Zimmer, tolles Restaurant, Bar und Café direkt im Haus.

Es war alles perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.

sans respect des clients réguliers....

Je vais dans cette hôtel tous les mois et à chaque fois je dois donner toutes mes coordonnées alors qu'ils ont tout mais personne ne s'intéresse au client, la dernière chambre était grande comme un timbre post et la salle de bain digne de celle de mon arrière grand-mère, j'ai fait la réflexion à la réception mais je ne pense pas que les employés sont intéressés à la qualité du service, à ce jour je n'ai toujours pas reçu de retour quand à mes doléances.

Booking.com you need to pay attention!!

Booking.com made mistake in conveying my booking details to the hotel. Booking.com failed to fix the problem and the hotel was not cooperating and refused to help.

great position opposite Train station Front desk staff friendly and efficient Bedroom small but good use of space quiet apart from adjoining room door slamming Breakfast very good and attentive staff Mumm champagne if you want with breakfast

Superb, as always. Very conveniently located, just opposite the Central Station, with friendly and efficient staff, comfortable and scrupulously clean rooms, a cosy bar and an excellent breakfast. While not cheap, I consider it the hotel in Zürich with the best price/quality relationship.

Not the cheapest hotel in Zürich (but good luck finding a "cheap" hotel in Zürich!).

Great hotel and location, especially if traveling by train

The hotel had a great location across the street from the main train station. Our room was nice and big and clean and a great way to start our trip. It was also very quiet despite the hotel being in a busy location. We had a snack at the restaurant and it was great. The staff was very friendly and the room perfectly suited all of our needs. Highly recommend this hotel. It is also centrally located by great shopping and very close to the old district.

You need a wider choice of beer in the bar—one local brew and Heineken is not good enough in this day and age with so many great Swiss micro brewers especially in Zurich. Not everyone is a champagne drinker

Staff were very halpful, kind and nice. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

Location was excellent although it was a bit noisy because it was next to HB.

The staff at the reception is not helpful at all. Every question needs to get confirmation. The housekeeping is perfect! Love how they clean up and tidy everything in the room. Twice a day

We enjoyed our stay & will definitely stay there again

The staff, location across from the central train station & near all shops & restaurants was great. The breakfast was excellent providing lots of choice. The beds were comfortable & the coffee machine & complimentary fruits in the room were nice.

The bar area is too small. We were unable to use bec there are only a few tables & as a result no availability every day we were there.
