Perfekt

Meine Schwester und ich wollten eigentlich zum Pink Konzert, das leider dann abgesagt wurde. Wir entschlossen uns aber trotzdem nach Bern zu fahren. Dank dem super tollen Team an der Rezeption und dem tollen Hotel hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt..!! Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder..!

A good affordable choice for a night

Hotel is situated around 12-15 minutes from the old town. We stayed for a night so for the purpose of it, it was wonderful. Also, the breakfast offered was satisfying, access to fresh drinking water all the time. The reception guy was a real professional. At the time of the visit, hotel was offering a 24-h free rides with Bern city transportation, so distances were not a big for us. Bed was pretty comfortable.

Nothing in principle, during our one-night stay.

Breakfast has various options and was rich. Location was good.

The room had noises while the door is open and shut. Room was not so clean.

Altijd een goede keuze

Alles is goed bij dit hotel. Personeel is vriendelijk, ontbijt is lekker, kamers zijn lekker modern en comfortabel, maar ook goed schoon. Er is ook een bus en tram halte (2 min loop afstand) en veel restaurants in de zone.

Good for a short stay for work

Very close to the hospital in case you are there for work. The breakfast is really good and included in the prize of the bedroom. The booking also include a Bern Day Travel Pass, which is very useful if want to visit the city center or move a bot around the city.

The bedroom is very small and the position of the desk makes impossible to use it (there is no space between the desk and the bed to place a chair).

The hotel is not far from train station you can walk or ride the tram or bus.Very unique colorful hotel.The staff are nice very helpful.Our room is very spacious and clean.The breakfast was good and hotel not far from tram stop.

Very nice hotel and with the free public transportation for the first day the location was very good. Very nice new facilities, helpfull staff and good breakfast.

Good stay for a a couple of days. Close to the historic Bern.

Breakfast was very good and varied. The place was kept very clean. Location was reachable by bus or tram from the train station. We did not rent a car; used public transportation instead. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was very small and equipped in a spartan mode. Shelf space is kept at a minimum.

Recommend for single or a couple for short stay

Location is great. Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast buffet for international travellers. Good space in the common areas to sit and relax. Nearby a lot of restaurants. Room for iron by urself .

The rooms are really small and have bare minimum furniture. I guess that’s there way of defining style. AC was not working properly.

This hotel is a 10 out of 10. It’s the result of a great team’s work. From Senior to Junior staff, they are incredible. Polite, available, kind and caring. They went way above and beyond my expectations. Thank you. Great people make great places.

- Clean rooms - Newly renovated hotel - Convenient location (5 minutes by tram or bus to the center) - Good breakfast

- It was very cold in the room. I stayed at the hotel at the beginning of March, the temperature outside at night was 3'. The central heating didn't work, the ventilation system, which should deliver heat, didn't deliver it. The temperature in the room was 12'. A cold wind blew from the window. There are no floor heaters in the hotel. I was given a second blanket, but that didn't help. For 172 CHF per night I spent the night shaking from the cold. - I asked the hotel employee to check the heating system in the room. He came to my room, took my clothes that were lying on a chair, put them on the bed without asking and then stood on this chair right in his shoes. Of course he didn't clean a chair after that. Awesome service. I am a member of the Accor net since 2015 and I have never seen anything like this in their hotels.
