Always a great and friendly welcome when staying at Les Vieux Toits, thanks a lot to a wonderful host and also its owner that I could see on my leaving the next morning. A bientôt j'éspère!

Comfortable beds, clean and spacious room. There was private parking close to the hotel. Breakfast was good. Several restaurants and bars in the area.

You could only shower kneeling in the bathtub because of the low ceiling.

Lovely, friendly place, clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Room was small, humble, simply set up, but comfortable and just what I needed. Bathroom also simple but totally fine, all was very clean and fresh. Very pretty location and building. Friendly service, I even received a short phone call in advance of my arrival to advise me on which buses to take to the location.

Breakfast was a bit simple, I would have enjoyed some more choice in fresh products. Although the friendly service which made up for that.

Mixed bag.

The staff was great, room very clean and very cold delicious beer!

It wasn’t a problem for me (5’2’) but my husband (6’2’) was constantly hitting his head in the low ceiling. There’s no AC and with the window open a lot of nearby light came in (and at 12:01 am someone answered a phone and talked loudly for at least 30 min). We arrived by bicycle and the last mile was straight uphill for at least a mile (this after 6 hours of riding… not the hotels fault but still…)

Clean quit location. Close to Bus stop. We used the free Bus pass that came with the Hotel. Ther is a little Bakery around the Corner that was delicious break fast. 10 minute Bus ride to Center of Neuchatel

This is an extremely cozy yet very interesting family hotel. The host is incredibly charming and made us delicious breakfast and allowed a late check-out. A pearl of Neuchâtel.

Excellent stay in this family run hotel

Beautiful location, very authentic, and very kind hosts. Breakfast is also available, at a cost, which wasn't clear in the description.

Just a minor point, highchair for our toddler was not available
