Das Hotel ist mit vielen kleine Details dekoriert und liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, und trotzdem nah zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Die Betten sind bequem. Wir hatten zwei Einzelzimmer, in einem davon war ein Queensizebett, im anderen ein Einzelbett.
Guter Kaffee und vor allem auch tagsüber jederzeit kostenloser Coffee to go.
Super war auch, dass wir auf Anhieb einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür bekommen haben. Ansonsten wären aber auch rund um den Block Parkmöglichkeiten gewesen, da Wohngebiet.
Die Bäder sind sehr klein und man merkt hier am deutlichsten das Alter des Gebäudes und dass es ursprünglich nicht als Hotel geplant war. Beim Frühstück wurde über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht aufgefüllt, z.B. Joghurt. Hier hat man als Gast einfach gemerkt, dass wenig Personal da ist bzw. eine Person mehrere Aufgaben erfüllen muss.

La piscine, le sauna. La terrasse aurait certainement été très sympa mais il pleuvait des cordes. Déco bling-bling !.
Le prix du petit déjeuner. 17€/personne, un café et quelques tartines me semble exagéré. Je pense qu'il y a un transfert de valeur de la nuitée au pdj, c'est pourquoi l'hôtel ne propose pas de formule tout inclus.
Chambre, propre, grande, confortable mais aucun savon, champoing dans les bouteilles prévues.

Frühstück NICHT aufgefüllt,auch nicht nach mehrmaligem reklamieren.
Um 9Uhr50 war endlich die Milch der Kaffemaschine aufgefüllt.
Speck war nicht durchgebraten,total labberig,Rührei leer,Brötchen leer,Lachs leer,Käse leer
Frühstück gibt es bis 10Uhr.
Dafür zahlten wir zu 4. 70Eu

Pool und Sauna waren das absolute Highlight
In meinem Zimmer war es so heiß und man konnte nur die balkontür öffnen. Allerdings hätte dann jeder das Zimmer betreten können, weil die Balkone nicht getrennt waren. Das Bett war an einigen Stellen stark abgenutzt und das Badezimmer ist auch stark in die Jahre gekommen. Dusche war katastrophal.

Hotel was mooi ingericht en gestyld. Faciliteiten op zich prima..mooie sauna , mooi zwembad maar..
Hygiëne zeer matig, haren in douche sauna, vlokken stof, geen handdoeken. Sauna bleef dag en nacht aan en er was geen toezicht. Geen mens gezien tot de volgende ochtend. Ontbijt werd niet aangevuld. Koffieapparaat deed het niet.
Jammere is: met een beetje meet aandacht en betrokkenheid zou dit een prima hotel kunnen zijn

Puh, wie fängt man an… Auf den Bildern sowie der erste Eindruck im Eingangsbereich waren noch positiv.
Der Essensraum, war modern und ordentlich eingerichtet aber selbst hier bei genaueren hinschauen ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen.
Es gibt viele Sachen die erneuert werden müssten und auch der Spa-Bereich, wirkte vom ersten Eindruck her ordentlich.
Das Personal war freundlich, dennoch wirkte die Dame am Empfang eher Lustlos.
Als wir unser Zimmer betraten trauten wir unseren Augen nicht. Schwarzer Schimmel um die Fenster, die Fugen im Bad mit Schimmel durchgezogen.
Ein Blick aus dem Fenster zeigte den verwahrlosten Innenhof und zeigte gleichzeitig weitere Fenster die milchig/feucht aus der Ferne aussahen.
In der Sauna kamen zudem die Ameisen auf uns zu…
Es ging einfach nicht, wir sind schnellstmöglich abgereist!

Tatsächlich gerade mal das Frühstück, wenn überhaupt.
Es gab niemanden an der Rezeption, weder zum Check-in, noch zum Check Out, ich konnte mein Gepäck nirgends abstellen, die Putzfrau war die einzige vor Ort, und sagte ich solle es einfach hinter den Tresen stellen - Natürlich!
Auch beim Check Out - nichts, der Schlüsse sollte einfach in ein Kästchen gelegt werden, obwohl ganz deutlich dort aus geschrieben war, dass die Rezeption, spätestens am nächsten Tag immer besetzt sei.
Zu meinem Zimmer- es war eine absolute Frechheit, 180€/Nacht für sowas zu nehmen! Es gab kein Fenster!! In einer Niesche um die Ecke war eine Tür, diese führte auf einen völlig verdreckten ,Balkon‘ welchen ich mir mit allen anderen auf dem Stockwerk teilte, sodass ich Angst haben musste, dass nachts jemand der anderen Gäste in mein Zimmer kommen könnte. Die ganze Nacht machte der Gast gegenüber einen riesen Lärm, telefonierte mit Lautsprecher auf dem Flur und knallte Bierflaschen in seinen Kasten. Ich hätte ja gerne Bescheid gegeben, aber es ist ja niemand da…..
Zu allem Überfluss hatte ich dann nichtmal ausreichend Toilettenpapier, auf der Rolle war weniger als 1/4 und es war KEINE Ersatzrolle da - ach und wie schon erwähnt auch NIEMAND um zu fragen.
Grauenvoller Aufenthalt- NIE WIEDER!! Ich bin daher nach einer Nacht abgereist und nicht nach 2 - dies konnte ich auch mit niemandem Kommunizieren, da ja niemand vor Ort war!! Eine absolute Frechheit!

No one was at reception and so could not get in when we arrived at 5 pm . No one answered the phone number that they gave . No was was at reception . Felt like a ghost place .

Great place, staff was very friendly and cleaning was daily. The pool and sauna was nice relaxation after a long day. Parking was a little difficult depended when you arrived but always found a spot there. Good value was that a big grocery store was in a few minute walk away and it was ~15 min ride by scooter or tram to downtown.
The wifi was poor (maybe too many users).

The staff, such as there were any, were friendly and trying their best. However, there was seemingly only one person on any given day in charge of the front desk - which they only attended when summoned; they usually sat in an office somewhere in the interior of the facility - and the breakfast room. Given that they didn't seem to be trained, they did as best they could.
The cleaning staff in charge of the rooms were very thorough and friendly.
The hotel was listed as a spa type hotel: while the price seemed about right, the facilities simply do not qualify as spa or even a regular upper-category hotel. What there is in terms of spa-like amenities (indoor pool; sauna; workout room; massage parlor) is closed all day on Sundays and not accessible after 8 p.m. the rest of the week. Appointments for the massage parlor have to be arranged, by phone, well ahead of time (it took the lady who runs it seven hours to get back about my initial query, and some more hours afterwards to get in touch with someone else about possibly coming in the following day although the lady had originally said she was free that day). The massage parlor seems to be a one-person business with no one being on site, i.e., at the facilities in the basement, outside appointments.
The area housing the sauna and indoor pool is tropical throughout; it's not even necessary to enter the sauna to work up some solid sweat. There's no adjacent outdoor area to "chill" after hitting either pool or sauna - again, for a spa claim and a highly spa price, some outdoor area to relax in is something one should be able to expect. One could, of course, go through the house and the breakfast room on the ground level and enter the terrace area from there to pull up some of the chairs set up against the tables for - the night? winter?, and grab some of the blankets and seat pads stowed away in a corner to build a lounger to chill on. In short: what little there is in terms of "spa" elements is more of an afterthought than anything resembling a spa accommodation charging spa prices.
The breakfast room is open from 6:30 to ten; during my stay, at 8:10, all the tables were covered in crumbs, some not even cleared of dirty dishes. It seems that the front desk person is in charge of clearing and cleaning the breakfast room; however, of the three ladies I saw in that capacity, only one attempted to do that part of the job.

It was clean. There was free parking - four spaces on the forecourt and on street. Easy tram journey into town centre from stop five minutes away - day pass €5.
Staff were non-existent. Had trouble finding someone to checkin who couldn’t tell us where the hotel was on the street map. Checkin was by 1600 which is ridiculous - luckily we got there in time but curtailed our sightseeing to do so. WiFi was very poor and cut out repeatedly and 4G was poor. One reading lamp was not working by the bed with clearly broken switch.

Inside the room is clean and tidy. It is a medium size room.
The staff at the time of our check-in didn't communicate very well in English but tried to recommend the hotel.

Fortunately, late that night it was raining and windy. Otherwise, we could not sleep due to the stuffy weather. There is no refrigerator in the room, only a small wine cooler. It would be great to switch to a small refrigerator.
The balcony of all rooms can be accessed without barriers. If I was traveling alone, I definitely wouldn't dare open the window to sleep. The swimming pool closes too early. Therefore, we can't use the service. If changing the time to 22.00 would be great.
