2eme séjour à Baden-Baden et donc 2eme séjour dans cet hôtel donc parfait

Il serait utile d’avoir des plateaux pour se servir au petit déjeuner pour éviter de faire plusieurs aller et retour avant de pouvoir s’installer et commencer à manger

Location is good . Rooms are spacious

Breakfast has limited options. It could be better. Car parking was limited and not included in the price. we need to pay extra for parking which lead to extra cost.

Marco, el recepcionista era muy simpático y nos atendió muy bien. en la ducha en 1 Segundo salía caliente, habitación espaciosa sin ningún ruido.

en el desayuno una mujer rubia del hotel fue desagradable y seca al yo pedirle que me calentara por favor la leche de soja para el Coffee, me calentó lecho de vaca y al yo decirle que no era vegetal fue borde. el parking costaba caro 18& . hay que andar 20 min al centro. me parece algo caro

Schoon, goed bed , wel erg klein

Ik wil altijd graag een raam open kunnen zetten, anders wordt ik claustrofobisch. Moest het sleuteltje bij de receptie ophalen. Ik vind dat je in iedere kamer het raam minimaal op kiepstand moet kunnen zetten voor ventilatie

Toller Aufenthalt mit einem extrem freundlichen Personal, was alle Wünsche erfüllt. Lage zum Festspielhaus ist sensation

Wir wurden für sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und das gesamte Personal ist aufmerksam und herzlich! Alles war sehr sauber und die Betten waren unglaublich bequem. Es war ruhig im Hoel und das Frühstück beinhaltete alles was man sich wünschte. Hübsches Ambiente und der Weg zu Fuß ins Festspielhaus ist super kurz und eine wunderbare Möglichkeit Ohne Hektik durch Parken und nach der Veranstaltung im Parkhaus Stau zu stehen. Wir haben das Auto die zwei Tage in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage einfach stehen lassen. Danke für den aufmerksamen Service!!!

Super petit dejeuner en mode brunch. Hotel tres propre.

Proche du centre ville mais sur une route tres passante dans un quartier bof. L hotel a un parkimg avec un nombre de places tres limitees, seuls les premiers arrives sont servis, les autres c est dehors et pas facile de trouver une place.

Lage perfekt zum Festspielhaus und der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer absolut ruhig zum Innenhof, sehr gutes Bett mit schöner Bettwäsche, Personal äußerst freundlich.

Ok desayuno esperábamos algo Parecido al Hotel de su cadena en Dusseldorf

La mala atención de una persona en la recepción a la llegada. No quería darnos una segunda tarjeta para la habitación. Y se molestó por nuestra insistencia. La razón era que no tenía suficientes. Lo que por ningún motivo es nuestro problema.

Very enjoyable stay. I would certainly recommend to friends.

Location was great. Handy to buses, train station. Room was comfortable. Limited space and no drawers for clothing. Would have liked a safe in the room. Everything at breakfast was fresh and plenty of selection

I stayed at the hotel for one night on the way from the south of France to the Czech Republic. I drove 800 km, hoping to rest. A young girl at the reception settled me in room 223. I come to the room and....surprise, this is a room for the disabled! I had to go down and ask for another room, it's good that the manager was at the reception at that time. I am sure that the kind receptionist would say that there are no available rooms. Changed to number 216. Thanks to the manager. And I wish the receptionist to work on herself and be more attentive to the client in the future. People feel a good attitude and, believe me, they feel a bad attitude too. I wish you good luck in working on yourself!
