After a long flight, the hotel was a good resting point. Didn’t manage to explore facilities too well. But hope to visit

Near to Bahrain airport (walking distance). Clean, spacious rooms and tea and coffee facilities.

الاحتفالات الاجنبية الصاخبة يمكن ان تؤثر على راحة اقامتك

موقع الفندق معزول عن الاماكن المزدحمة، ونظافة الغرفة ومرافقها، وراحة السرير، واكثر ما اعجبني موظف الاستقبال الشاب المهذب البشوش محمد تقي

لم توفق ادارة الفندق في تنسيقها واقامتها لاحتفال اجنبي مع موسيقى صاخبة في بهو الفندق مما اثر على راحة النزلاء ونسيت وتناست ان هذا فندق يهدف لاقامة مريحة وهادئة لنزلائه ويجدر الذكر ان هذا الاحتفال كان في يوم الجمعة 2024/7/5 بعد صلاة الجمعة مباشرة حوالي الساعة 12:30 مساء، ووصل حد الازعاج والصخب الى عدم تمكن موظفة الاستقبال من سماع صوتي على الهاتف عندما اتصلت بهم للاستفسار عن مصدر الموسيقى الصاخبة وكان موقفها السلبي ان اغلقت خط الهاتف لعدم تمكنها من سماع صوتي مما اضطرني لمعاودة الاتصال وطلب عامل نقل الشنط لتسجيل الخروج من الفندق وتم ذلك، لا انسى التعامل الايجابي والراقي من الموظف محمد تقي حيث بادر بالاعتذار والابتسامة وعند طلبي للمدير اخبرني بأنه ليس متواجد في الوقت الحالي وبانه سيصل خلال نصف ساعة ولم اجد عندهم نموذج للشكاوي لتقديم شكوى وانتهت تجربتي بإقامة ليلة واحدة كانت من حيث الغرفة والمرافق جيدة الى ممتازة ومن حيث الراحة وتعامل الادارة سيئة وغير احترافية.

The room is so clean and has new furniture. location was perfect for us little bit away form the center but was great. Very Comfortable place

The sound in the corridor and other room is obvious, this is the only negative side, specially is there is children crying at night

A good and welcoming hotel with quite a few things that don’t work.

The place looked really great and nice. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating . Especially, a receptionist called Ebtisam, she was very helpful during our struggles and the only thing that saved our getaway from becoming a completely bad experience.

1. The room I got had an awful AC and I stayed the first day in a barely cool room. The reception and technicians told me that it is working fine and i should just wait for the AC to get colder but it was not any better. 2. I booked a room which according to the app had a bathtub, however the one I got didn’t have one. The hotel didn’t move me to a different one and told me this is an issue caused by Booking and I should get it resolved by them as most rooms of this type didn’t have them. Booking told me it was an issue caused by the hotel and that I should contact them and get it resolved by them. After telling them that I would like to cancel the rest of my stay because this was an awful experience and they weren’t any help, they apologized and upgraded me to a better room. 3. In the upgraded room, the bathtub had only barely warm water even though the sink had hot water. The bathtub drain also wouldn’t close either. By that point I was exhausted from contacting them about any more issues and let it be.

Valley service is the worst, they took my car and when i wanted to leave they spent 20 minutes to find my car

Wonderful and luxurious hotel at 10 min walk from airport

Easily accessible by foot from the airport in only 10 minutes. Temperatures were still OK for a walk. Beautiful rooms, with a wonderful, luxurious feeling. Lovely swimming pool. Very good breakfast. Friendly reception at 11:30pm.

We cannot find anything we did not like in this hotel.
