Schönes. älteres Hotel direkt am Bahnhof mit sehr hilfsbereiten Personal.

Lage direkt am Bahnhof. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Großer Balkon mit Stühlen. Zimmer und Hotel generell eher älter eingerichtet aber sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Stickig Geruch in den Fluren und Zimmer (Fenster daher immer offen lassen). Früher Lärm am Bahnhof wegen Ansagen und Bauarbeiten. Frühstück ausreichend aber nicht überzeugend, Brötchen sehr trocken.

여기 위치도 역 바로 앞이라 편하구 무엇보다 너무 깨끗해서 좋았어요! 베드버그 때문에 걱정돼서 시트 다 까봤거든요. 완전 새것 같았어요!! 조식도 맛있고 아늑하고 스키장 리조트 온 느낌 들어요.

좁아서 큰 캐리어 두개 다 펼칠 자리가 없었어요. 화장실도 굉장히 협소해요!!

Staff were friendly, room was clean, location was good.

Next to Grindelwald train station so super convenient if you have lots of heavy luggage.

You can hear all the train announcements and railway construction work from 7am every morning. Food at the restaurant downstairs was below average and overpriced.

Great stay, amazing view

The front desk staffs are very friendly and i am grateful for their hospitality. They are understanding and able to solve my problems. The room is super clean and i couldn't find any dust in the room. The Eiger view from my room is so beautiful. The hotel location is also so convenient because it is just next to Grindelwald station. I would recommend room facing to Eiger.

One of the restaurant lady staff is very rude and I noted she kept watching and warn in a rude manner especially on Asian tourist. Hope she will improve her service attitude or else she should not be in front line service team.

Amazing views and cozy space.

The location of this property is just perfect for anyone who’s considering Grindelwald to be their base for the Bernese Oberland region. The staff was courteous and friendly and help us with everything we asked for. Overall, it’s a highly recommended place.

The breakfast buffet is great with choices of breads, cheese, drinks, etc. The only downside was, the menu remained the same throughout our stay of 4 days.

Neat hotel, but disappointing service – we will not be back.

A neat and tidy hotel, right next to the train station. The attic room we had was charming and had a great view (e.g. through the skylight in the bathroom).

We were deeply disappointed with the customer service experience. Staff had to be actively fetched to finally be served, questions seemed to bother reception and on check-out our deposited car key had apparently been lost (it turned out to have been left in the ignition of our publicly accessible car after staff had re-parked it). I could go on...

Our stay was memorable thanks to the friendly and competent staff, a very nice hotel and great place

The location next to the Grindelwald train station is excellent, you can access all the interesting points without problems and it is not loud. Breakfast was very good one, and the room has a wonderful view to the mountains which are so close to the hotel

I could not identify anything that I did not like, basically we like everything there.

Fantastic - I recommend

Location is superb!! it is connected to the train station and very close (short walking distance) to the center of town and the central bus stop. parking is small, but hotel well manages to park your vehicle, where possible.

Location, good breakfast, friendly staff and very nice rooms

Sauna was only bookable for private sessions and hence not very often available. Staff did everything to look for solutions nevertheless which compensated a lot.

Very good

Location is excellent, it is just next to Grindelwald Train Station. One side of hotel faces the train track and the other side faces scenic mountain. Scenic mountain view is good from 2nd floor onwards, 3rd and 4th floor will be excellent views. 1st floor will be partially blocked. Staff are helpful and hotel is very clean.

the location is perfect! it nearby the train station just walk for 1-2 minutes and the view from my room is so insane. the staffs were good and friendly. I recommend this place for stay in the grindelwald.
