Bad und Bett sauber, Zimmer war sehr groß

Kaffemaschine auf dem Zimmer, leider defekt. Fernbedienung vom Fernseher klebrig und dreckig.

Never again, travel department informed, no more stays in this hotel

Nothing - dirty business bunker

No warm water in the evening and morning, impolite reception desk, hair in the shower, furniture and bathroom equipment very used.

Das war ganz und gar keine Mercure Qualität, wie ich sie eigentlich kenne!!

Leider nichts

Telefon im Zimmer funktionierte nicht, Bad nicht sauber, im Restaurant gab es lediglich 3 Gerichte, Toilette verschmutzt, im Frühstücksraum extrem verdreckter Teppichboden, Außenanlagen ungepflegt

Uns hst es gefsllen , wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen

Reichliches Angebot, freundliche Mitarbeiter, waren immer ein Ansprechpartner Für uns war die Lage gut, der Verkehr war unmittelbar lief aber unmittelbar am Hotel vorbei. Die Anbindungen mit den öffentlichen verkrhrsmitteln waren sehr gut.

Das Abendessen war nicht so ansprechend .

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, könnte gepflegter sein

Personal in der Bar und beim Frühstück sehr nett. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig , unmittelbar neben dem Luisenpark gelegen, aber weit von der Innenstadt und weiteren Lokalitäten entfernt (ärgerlich, weil die Küche im Hotel während unseres Aufenthaltes geschlossen hatte)

Schmuddeliger Eindruck (Flecken auf Sessel im Zimmer, total abgenutzter und dreckiger Teppichboden im Frühstücksraum), dass das Zimmermädchen uns schon vor 9 Uhr weckt und plötzlich im Zimmer steht, ist ein Unding, woher kommen die angeblichen 4 Sterne?

schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, gut genug für eine oder zwei Nächte!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Lage für die BUGA.

Was in der Beschreibung als Restaurant geführt wird, hat mit 4 Sternen nicht das Geringste zu tun. Laminiertes DIN A 5 Blatt mit 6 Speisen, von denen zwei um 18.00 Uhr schon ausgegangen waren, hat allenfalls Kioskniveau. Eine Klimaanlage, die 24 Stunden unüberhörbar läuft, aber letztendlich ihren Zweck nicht erfüllt, ist bei 34 Grad Aussentemperatur auch nicht gerade der Glücksbringer.

Sehr gutes Hotel - empfehlenswert

Die Lage gegenüber dem BUGA Gelände war super. Nachdem man den ganzen Tag gelaufen ist, war man gleich im Hotel, oder man hat es wegen der Hitze zwischendurch aufgesucht und ist abends noch mal aufs Gelände und konnte weiter die Blütenpracht bestaunen. Die Matratzen waren weich, was ich persönlich phantastisch finde. Die Klimaanlage war auch super denn sonst hält man es an so heißen Tagen nicht mehr aus. Frühstück war umfangreich, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen., auch wenn man in die Innenstadt will, zur Straßenbahn sind es nur wenige Schritte oder wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man auch laufen. Parken kann man mit etwas Glück kostenlos direkt am Hotel.

Das Restaurant wird außer zum Frühstück nur noch abends zum Getränkeausschank betrieben. Kein Personal. Das ist traurig aber in der heutigen Zeit verständlich. Man bekommt aber sofort Tips, wo man hingehen kann, das sind dann ca. 10 Minuten Fussweg.

Location for visiting my family was spot on - the man at reception was very helpful in sorting all our issues.

First room the sink plug was stuck which couldn't be repaired at check in so we were given another room. This room we couldn't get into as card entry didn't work. Receptionist also tried and failed. 3rd room given and the smell of smoke was horrendous plus some rotton smell from the fridge. By 11pm we were in a 4th room which was the best of the lot but still no proper coffee facilities (pods missing and no milk). The slamming doors from other rooms was rather loud. On check out day, housekeeping knocked on the door on 3 occasions, just letting themselves in on the 3rd attempt.

Everything was okay just the curtains were patched in middle and morning sun-rays hit directly in the eyes. On the whole it needs a bit of maintenance.

Good location in Mannheim with good food and friendly staff and clean rooms

The cleanness of the room and the beds were good. The pillows are to soft and do not give support. The location is great for the BUGA

The Pillow, the doors shut to noisily, you hear every person leaving in the morning or night. The Airconditioning did not work and we could not leave the window open as the cars were to noisy. Most of all the noise from the doors shutting is really bad as we had to leave the door closed due to the air In the room

Exceptional

Great location, very comfortable and nice rooms. Check In was very fast and the front desk staff were very helpful and kind.

Maybe a bit more snacks at minibar would be better.

Disappointing

Nice hotel, big room, everything relatively new. Easy to park in the surroundings.

The heating of the room did not worked, and I sleep in some sort of fridge. Besides, there is no garage, such thing is not convenient when outside freezes down to - 9 C, which was my case.
