About this apartment rental
Beautiful and fancy 1bed apartment. Excellent location, bus stop only steps away from the property. Commute to the big Apple only 20 to 25 minutes. Stores, supermarket walking distance. Apartment is fully renovated and professionally decorated to make your stay comfortable and in style.
We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.

• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

Claudia's accommodation is as advertised.
We loved staying there.
The bus stop for New York is below the accommodation and runs regularly, which is an important advantage. A nearby supermarket was helpful, being open until 10:30 p.m.

Apartment was clean and very centric, close to supermarkets and bus stops. It was perfect for our family of 3 and only 20-30 mins by bus to the city. Claudia was great with the directions and instructions to check in and out. Will definitely stay here again if coming back to NY.

This was just what my teen son and I needed for our trip to see a Broadway show. The apartment was clean, super cozy, and just steps from a bus stop for bus 125 that goes over to the Port Authority bus depot every hour.

Great communication from Claudia whose response to any queries was always quick and helpful. Very easy check-in/out, NYC bus stop outside front door, supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Very comfortable for two people and very affordable.

Place was not perfect to stay! Nice organization, comfortable, and amenities. Communication was great owner. It had everything we needed. I had a family emergency could not stay long. But I would definitely come back next year.

Enjoyed my stay
I stayed for a week and it was great. Close to nyc. The bus stop is literally right outside the building and same with the drop off. You can hear the person above you walk around but it wasn't too big of an issue. When I come back, I'll try and rebook here again.

Inconvenient
I had plans to have my stay at this property last week: the day before my stay my host cancelled on me last minute giving me no reason for it. When I asked why she ignored my message. It was very disappointing and very inconvenient. It threw my whole trip plans off. All in all, I would not reccomend booking a stay here.

I had a wonderful time at Claudia’s place. It was clean and the area had a bunch of stores (walkable too!) the windows in the bedrooms are lovely as well. Lots of natural lighting! Would definitely stay again

Nice room
I was taken about by the building outside, lack of secure front door but found the interior of the building clean, and the apartment pleasant. The building is a bit noisy. Nice views west.

We would not come back here again. First of all, we had problems getting the water to be hot in the shower and in the zink. The building was quite noisy, and we woke up several times during the night because of the neighbours. Lastly, the host had informed us that we could use the bus to get into NYC as well as Uber/taxi for around 6-8 dollars. However, in reality the busses were completely unpredictable and with few departures after 10pm, and the price for an Uber or taxi was between 40-60 dollars for one way. Therefore, spending the extra money to actually live on Manhattan is probably worth it when transportation is so expensive and unpredictable. On a positive note, the apartment was clean, the kitchen was functional and the check-out/check-in worked smoothly.

Weekend in NYC
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy apartment in North Bergen, NJ. Bed was comfy after a long day of walking in NYC. My son slept on sofa & he said it was very comfortable. Dollar General is within walking distance for anything needed during stay. Bus stop is right across the street from apartment complex. Very quiet building. Would definitely stay again. Recommend flying into EWR for easy transportation to/from airport.

We stayed here for a couple of days because it’s located close to NYC. Loved our stay, a little small, but definitely worth it for the price! Claudia’s instructions are very clear and she’s very helpful.

Lovely Place w/Everything You NEED
This was our first time staying here, but one of our many mini-trips to NYC. This was the better choice for us as you will not find a place this nice, clean and close to Manhattan without spending much more money. This place was very close to NYC--just over the Holland Tunnel and boom, you’re in Lower Manhattan--so location was just right for us. There were also stores, restaurants and gas stations nearby for convenience. The place was very clean—cleaner than most big chain hotels we’ve ever been to. The communication with the property manager was very open and with lightning response. We paid extra for private parking, which was worth it bc when we would come back from the city late in the night, the street parking spots were all taken up. Only thing is we wish that the private parking spot was a lot closer…either way, we were happy with paying a bit more for it. With that being said, the reason I only gave 4 stars is because we had a one moderate setback—the last night (which was a Saturday night) we were there, it rained hard, and we were on the 4th floor, as there was one more floor/unit above us. Our unit had a weird ceiling leak from the heavy rain. Rain water was dripping out of the smoke detector in the ceiling by the entrance. How we found out, was when the smoke alarm siren went off. We called Claudia, the property manager, right away and she was able to pick up at first few rings. Unfortunately, the maintenance team was unable to come out at that time, but I was able to help resolve the annoying smoke alarm siren by disconnecting the smoke alarm from the ceiling and having placed a pot under the dripping water. Claudia was apologetic. We didn’t mind this issue so much bc we were able to band-aid the problem, but others who may not know how to disconnect a smoke alarm may have a bigger problem with this situation. Claudia did ask me to help her pinpoint the leak by kindly asking me to knock on the door to the unit above us and see if he/she had left the water running or had the same leak from the rain. I didn’t mind doing this at all. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay and how accommodating Claudia was for us. Check-in/Check-out was very straight forward. We would definitely stay here again, but would only hope that heavy rain would not pose an issue the next time. Thank you so much Claudia, we hope to stay here again the next time we go to NYC.

Had a Great Stay
My wife and I enjoyed the ease of check in as well as having a parking spot for our car. The accommodations were clean and close to the city. Supermarket is within walking distance. Very comfortable apartment with air-conditioning. Only one note to mention. If you are not use to using a key lock box, there could be a little more explanation in getting keys out. (there is a lever that must be pressed in the box to pull lid down to get to the apartment keys) [My wife is smarter than me and figured it out] We would certainly recommend staying here and would consider another stay in the future.

Thankfully, no one was hurt, but it was quite alarming as the cops and alleged suspects were in the hallway for hours (after 1am) yelling and arguing while they investigated the incident. The only reason I put this in is as a Father, I would want to know that kind of information before bringing my family. Probably a mostly safe neighborhood (we never felt anything but safe walking to bus stops or restaurants) but it was definitely eye opening for this KS Dad.

This place is really nice !
They place has everything u need ! Full kitchen with utensils, nice sized bathroom and beautiful room with views that are AMAZING at sun rise and sun set ! I had a great time at this location. It was like a 15 min ride to the city which was well appreciated. And the supermarket was really really close !
