Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage.

Die ideale Lage für Ausflüge und eine super Aussicht auf die Berge. Zimmer sind sauber. Chefin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Betten sind sehr hart. Teppichboden überall! Aber ist Geschmacksache.

lovely and clean spacious room with a fabulous comfortable bed and large en suite and a balcony with superb views over the mountains lovely breakfast and a great host Will definitely be back in the future best place we’ve stayed in a long time 10/10

Just perfect.

Excellent location with magnificent views up Zugspitze/Waxenstein from your spacious balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff and owner. spotless. Great location to start hikes or go for food..

Ok, but quite some room for improvement.

The staff is very nice and attentive. Breakfast was ok for us - enough choice, but nothing extraordinary. Almost the same every day, so I wouldn't want to stay there for more than a couple of days. View from the room unto the mountains outstanding. Room/bed/bathroom very clean, apart from the carpet.

The whole place feels pretty outdated. Clean and proper, yes, but a little effort to bring it into the 21st century would have been appreciated. The carpet in the whole place is the same, and definitely needs to be replaced! Quite some stains. The sofa in our room was unacceptable for today's standards. Retro is fine with me, but retro doesn't mean 'it's old, and if dirty/shabby, so what?' Which is a real pity, because the owner is a really nice person who makes an effort and seems to like what she is doing. Still, we'd come back if.............(see above).

Beautiful guest house

This is a beautiful guest house which is very clean as was our room. The lady of the house was very cheerful and welcoming. Beautiful setting with Mountain View’s. Short walk into town where we found a couple of restaurants for our evening meal. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was free within the grounds of the guest house.

This Bed & Breakfast really deserves 10 stars +

Loved the house! The views were amazing! Loved the location - easy access by foot to the cute city center, restaurants, the train station and busses as well as Garmisch and other attractions by car. Rooms were really spacious and adorable! Breakfast was plenty and really enjoyed the variety! The host Carmen was THE BEST!!!! Loved her attitude, her phenomenal knowledge, her quirkyness and just everything about her!

The beds were a little creaky and the parking was a bit tight. As a non-smoker we didn't care too much for the smoke coming in from the other balcony, but not too much of an issue.

Friendly well-run guesthouse with some nice features.

The check-in and check-out, the hostess, the breakfast service. Fabulous view of the Zugspitze, you are closer to it than in G-P. Good shower room. Nice balcony/terrace. Well-kept garden with outside terrace. Ample parking. Immaculately maintained. Very close to Grainau village centre. All-in-all, good value.

Room was a little on the small side, especially the gap between the end of the bed and the bathroom door. Breakfast has no hot options other than boiled eggs, and the cut fruit variety is limited, though you get a good selection of cold meats and cheeses. You get the view if you are at the front of the property but unfortunately the noise from the local road I found rather intrusive (except at night of course).

It's really a nice place, It have good connectivity & I highly recommend it.

1) This stay have an Exceptional View, it just blew my mind. 2) There are some good Restaurant around this place & it's close to Bus station. 3) Staff speaks good English and she helped us with the Bus pass and Directions. Just check the weather before you plan the trip :)

1) From Hotel WiFi we can't make Whatsapp call. For people like me who are from foreign countries, Whatsapp call will be very helpful. may be this should be taken care. 2) I'm afraid we can hear the bed sound form top floor, some how it need to be minimized. :)

Nice homestay. Beautiful decor, comfortable bed and shower, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast.

Stairs to the room which makes it hard carrying heavy suitcases. A bit noisy as walls weren't noise cancelling and I could hear people walking upstairs and talking on the bedrooms next door. But I would still recommend this place as everything else was excellent!

Lovely Apartment in Grainau.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. It was simply furnished but had everything we needed. It was very well maintained and everything worked. The bread roll service was great. Lovely view from the balcony. It was just a 200m walk to the village square where there are several restaurants, bus stop and a couple of shops. It is only a 10 minute walk to the station. We were given a ticket for free local bus and train travel which worked very well. We really enjoyed our week in Grainau. We would definitely come back here.

Carmen was a great host, she tended to all our needs and Grainau is a perfect little town as a base to be around the Zugspitze area. The rooms are traditional and adds to the charm of the area, definitely recommend staying here in Haus Florian.

we've stayed at zugspitze apartment: wonderful view, newly renovated, full kitchen equipment, super clean and amazing shower exceptional location for mountaineering (both in Germany and Tyrol) great host

slow internet connection, which may be considered a plus if you want to fully detox and focus at gazing at the spectacle of Wetterstein

The cleanest place I have ever stayed in my life. Also the host of the place is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite spacious and good looking. Bus station is nearby (~2min walk), cogwheel train is ~10min walk away and taxis are not too expensive in the area.
