Family room

The hotel is close to the airport. The breakfast was very good and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit cramped for family of four and the kids complained that their beds were very stiff.

Sex personer i åldrarna 14-70 år lämnade hotellet helnöjda.

Frukosten var riklig och mycket god. Rummen var rymliga trebäddsrum. Separat toalett, både dusch och badkar i badrummet, sminkspegel, fön - ja allt du behöver. Busshållplats ligger direkt vid hotellet.

Jag vet faktiskt inte. Vi var nöjda.

الموقع ممتاز وقريب من المول قريب من المطار يوجد مواقف لكن بمقابل مالي ما جربت الافطار او المطعم فنادق نوفوتيل تتميز بالبساطة واستغلال المساحات جيدا نظافة الغرف وجود أنشطة للأطفال وألعاب الكترونية في البهو خيار ممتاز لمن لا يريد السكن في مركز المدينة

المواقف احياناً لا تجد فيها مكان وانت دفعت قيمته ضمن الغرفة مسبقاً يسمح الفندق بدخول الكلاب ورائحة المصعد سيئة بسبب ذلك ومتسخ

I'll happily return

Location and accessibility to city and airport. Efficient transport system. Shopping mall across the street provided an extra outing to pass the time and pick up extra shopping.

Would definitely stay here again

Breakfast was very good with lots of fresh fruits and eggs and cereal and toast and vegetables - vegetarian options Pancakes-pastry coffee and tea -juices and fresh pressed orange juice Excellent location - across the road a lovely shopping centre- frequent buses to Geneva centre and airport

No shower gel in our shower cubicle No shuttle to and from airport to cater for people with disabilities Had to pay taxi from airport to hotel All information in French or German ONLY??? Please add English

A very good option for a family for 4-5 days of stay

Comfortable room for a family. Good connections to the downtown and the airport with No10.

Better isolation of the bathroom shall be nice

Great location, the staff was very nice, the bed were very comfortable with curtains between double bed and singles beds

Nice stay - value for money

The location was very good for me, very close and accessible from the airport using bus 10 and still accessible to the city center with the same bus, so very convenient for me and my family. There’s a mall right in front for shopping and food so no problem there too. The room was nice and clean, staff was friendly, check-in/check-out process was easy and smooth. Value for money, highly recommended for short durations

The room is very convenient for short durations (we stayed 1 night and it was convenient) as the room is very small and no room for luggages or even to put stuff in the closets. Toilet and shower are separated, no problem there but toilet is very small and the bathroom’s door doesn’t lock. So for a family room this was a bit of a problem.

Reception staff were friendly

No still water only sparkling and we have to pay for the water, the breakfast was very poor Plus when we arrived we didn’t find any tissues at the room so we asked for that and they said they were out of tissues in the entire hotel and that was very disappointing

A well located, comfortable hotel at a reasonable price for Geneva.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is very near the airport and a large shopping centre. I was also given a free public transport pass and as the hotel is 10 minutes by frequent electric bus this was very convenient. The city centre is also very easy to get to and from the hotel.

The breakfast is too expensive. For one whole day the wi-fi was not working and without any backup service on offer.

Very pleasant and refreshing .

The room was quite spacious and neat . Every day cleaning and changing of fresh linen was good . Proximity to bus and tram stations was a plus . And also the Airport .Hotel sends you the passes ahead of check in which is appreciated. Staff are all very smiling and helpful . Definitely will stay here next time we are in Geneva too .

The manager and the staff were very helpful when I encountered problems they had a very caring approach. Thank you very much, we will be back!

A great stay here, comfy and good accessibility.

The room was great, nice bathroom, comfy beds, good family space. Easy access to airport and town by bus. We loved the orange juice squeezer at breakfast. Staff were all organised and efficient.

Maybe this was a traditional swiss breakfast, but for us it was a bit of a jumble. coffee from the machine seemed a bit sweetened. It was ok, but not our best ever breakfast.
