Excellent location, excellent staff, excellent quality.

I loved it. Since the first day, the satff were so friendly and welcoming. They explain and guide you through everything and are willing to help and solve any questions. the room was excellent, super comfortable, clean, well equipped (coffe machine, TV, desk, huge windows, good natural light, towels, shower gel, shampoo, etc... The hotel is located in an excellent location; very close to the train/bus station. a shopping mall (2 or 3 minutes by walk), close to bars and restaurant and it's litterally on top of a really good italian restaurant. After my check out, they let me storage my baggage there without any extra charge, and explained me some valuable information about the train I had to get to the Airport later that day. You cna even walk to the city center if you enjoy walking, it's between 30 minutes and 40 minutes.

Tágas szoba, jó elhelyezkedés.

Tágas szoba, központi helyen. Vasút pár perc sétára, metró szintén közel. Sok bevásárlási lehetőség, éttermek karnyújtásnyira. A szoba tiszta, kényelmes, jól felszerelt volt. Lichthofra nézett, így bár a sétáló utcán voltunk mégis csöndes volt. Lift nem volt, a szállodába foglaljon akinek ez igénye. A Kolbeck Rooms egy külön épület. A kapott szobakártyával lehet bejutni.

Location is good if you travel to Wien hbf. The staff was nice and we get the early check-in.

It was a little bit difficult to find the place where to check-in. The room was mirthless… there could be some decorate to make the room a little bit cozy. Ok for a one night stay.

Apart from the location it has not much going for it.

Location is great - next to train station A great Bistro (Bernardo’s) opposite!

Check in was confusing and not very welcoming - had to walk to an other building (through a long court yard among dozens of rubbish bins) where there was no elevator and we had to go up two levels with all our luggage. ( Not nice for older people!) There was a mouldy smell at the stairs. The room was vey basic , no tea or Coffe making facilities, no fridge and a very small shower with a smelly shower curtain. No aircon but a small fan. The bed was on the hard side with a spring mattress.

Great value for money, very practical location, helpful staff, and fantastic food

First, really good value for money, perfectly close to the train station (so perfect for connecting with trains to airport for example), and same owners as the super Italian restaurant around the corner (where you check in), which was a really great surprise. Staff is super kind and helpful. Centre is directly available by metro.

Just bear in mind there are no elevators in that section of the hotel (my father and his large luggage was kindly upgraded to a room in the Boutique hotel part of the building which has an elevator).

Superb

Good location 25 min walk from Belvedere palace, and only 10minutes from Hauptbanhof, also there is shoping center just across the square.

Parking, is payable 12eur per day.

Disappointing

It's a self check in apartment , but I went to bar which is part of Kolbeck and asked reception to give me key for my room as my checkin was very late so I have to wait 10 to 15 min to meet receptionist, finally Hungarian guy appeared he was very kind help me to get keys for room and he taken me to apartment which was minute walk behind the bar , no lift my room was 3rd floor so no issue but people with luggage must remember or may ask for staff help to move luggage . Set of stairs take you to room which was nice clean cosy hot , i able to find nice restaurant to eat , it's close to metro , food street and 5 min walk to Vienna Central train station so I am happy with Kolback stay. My only concern was if I loose key or my card fail to work who should I reach after hours . Here my review ends.

Almost perfect

Very good location near main train station and also u-bahn. Lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. Good connection to the city centre. Perfect stuff that knows many languages.

Not very comfortable beds and slow Wi-Fi.

good morning, you charged me the amount of 63.00 euros more, and it had already been paid on booking.com, in my bank statement there are two payments in the amount of 63.00 euros, I only paid for 1 night as per reservation on booking, and I even showed the payment receipt on booking, and the gentleman at the reception said he canceled the payment for the booking, but the two amounts of 63.00 euros were charged. In addition to having put me in room 203 and then asking to change me to 303, my experience with this accommodation was totally embarrassing. I ask you to return my money immediately, I'm traveling and I need that amount. Reservation in the name of Maria Fernanda de Goes, card used from the Wizink bank in the name of Diego Valter Santana de Araujo.

Central with great eating options, friendly staff, would return again.

Great location, easily found, near mainline and underground stations. Staff very helpful and informative, speaking great English. Great range of dishes and drinks at HUGE Columbus Restaurant. Large room in refurbished traditional building.

Maybe a kettle in room, but huge range of eateries nearby.

It's fine for the price - compared to hotels generally in Vienna. It's undergoing an uplift.

I've been before and the room is nice and spacious, although the lights outside can bother a bit. It's pretty basic but it's ok - they need to provide breakfast soon. That's a big problem at the moment. The location is perfect for my work.

No breakfast. Nobody at the desk in the mornings. No heating in the room.

The place is in an excellent and safe location. You have a metro station nearby and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. I would definitely return to this place.
