One of the best choices in Vienna for a 5 star hotel. Quiet rooms, excellent breakfast.

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum Wiens. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt und nur wenige Schritte entfernt befinden sich Oper, Museen und Shopping-Meile. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer modern und bequem eingerichtet. Alle bestens!

Bien placé

L'hotel est tres bien situé entre l'opera, le musee de Sissi et l'eglise St Charles. La reception est correct malgres un manque de réactivité des Lobby boys qui tombe en inéquation avec le nombre d'etoiles de l'établissement. Nous avons été enchanté par le petit déjeuner qui propose un large choix de mets sucré et salé. La literie est exceptionnelle

Nous avons été surpris qu'un hotel de ce standing utilise un parking public pour stationner la voiture de ses clients et qui plus est, le facture en supplément.

The hotel is very nice its location is perfect and the room was very spacious and clean The reception staff were so friendly We didnt try the breakfast in the restaurant but the cafe was really nice and has various a la cart items

La struttura è meravigliosa, con ampi spazi sia esterni che interni. Il personale sempre disponibile

La posizione è centrale, davanti si ha un grande piazzale dove la vista puo' spaziare, e non si è nel caos e nel rumore. La colazione superba e la spa di alto livello. Lo ritengo il miglior 5 stelle come rapporto tra qualita' e prezzo richiesto.

Non ho trovato punti carenti tali da dire che non mi sia piaciuto qualcosa. Il palazzo storico è meraviglioso, la pulizia delle stanze impeccabile. Da ritornarci quando saro' nuovamente a Vienna.

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage, am besten ohne Frühstück.

Die Lage des Hotels und die direkte Verbindung zur Tiefgarage sind prima. Das Essen vom Roomservice ist wirklich ausgezeichnet und ein Großteil vom Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Keine Steckdosen im Bettbereich um Geräte mit Wecker aufzuladen und zu verwenden. Der Duschkopf und die Düsen haben leider schon länger keine Entkalkung erlebt. Frühstück war für diesen Preis sehr mau.... Wurst am Rande aufgedreht und grau, Aufstrich hatte schon eine Haut an der Oberseite und das Angebot ist einem Hotel mit dieser Kategorie nicht würdig. Am besten rausgehen und entweder im angeschlossenen Restaurant

Honeymoon çifti oldugumuz icin odaya kart. Ve tatli ikram ettiler,Kahvalti iyiydi .. personel guler yuzlu sempatik v yardimciydi..

Oda tuvalet kokuyordu; ve havalandirmasi yoktu manzara zaten yoktu ! 5 yıldızlı bir oda değildi..

Großartige Lage, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, defekte Technik

Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit, sehr bequeme Betten.

Technik in den Zimmern funktioniert oftmals nicht. Habe wegen defektem Fernseher das Zimmer gewechselt. Im Zimmer meiner Bekannten schloss die Zimmertür nicht verlässlich und die Technik im Zimmer funktionierte auch nicht korrekt.

Would definitely return.

Everything was as it should be for Le Meridien. The room was excellent, as was the breakfast.

The bench seating in the You bar was not comfortable. Felt as though we were slipping off the edge.

Not recommended

Air condition was too bad. There were almost no real cleaning, it was only rearranging things You need always to keep spatial to wear it during you stay in the restaurant,because ventilation was poor.

Le Méridien impressed me with its sleek, modern design that perfectly complemented its urban surroundings. Situated conveniently close to all the major attractions, its location was ideal for exploring the city. The efficiency of the check-in process and overall experience mirrored what one would expect from a reputable chain hotel, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay.

While the efficiency was commendable, I found that the hotel lacked the personal touch and warmth often associated with boutique establishments. This was noticeable in interactions with staff, where the friendliness seemed somewhat diminished. Additionally, despite requesting housekeeping for a missing towel, there was no follow-up, indicating a slight lapse in service. Furthermore, the misalignment of the shower door resulted in water leaking into the bathroom, detracting from an otherwise clean and comfortable room.

Great location and room, can’t really fault this hotel.

Location. Do not look twice, just book this hotel! You will be walking distance from the museum quarter, opera house, Hofburg Palace, and sooo much more.

My only concern was the very weak air conditioning in the room. I experienced the same elsewhere in Europe but for a 5-star hotel and at the price you pay, I expected the air con to be strong enough to cool the room especially at night.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite el Méridien hotel in Vienna, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism, dedication, and politeness of the management and staff were truly commendable. We were graciously upgraded to an executive room, which was not only spacious but also exuded a sense of comfort and classiness that enhanced our stay. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the luxurious amenities to the impeccable service, was truly remarkable. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at el Méridien for making our stay memorable and enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super - in der Nähe zur Hofburg, zur Oper und zum Naschmarkt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. So bemerkten sie, dass ich am Ankunftstag Geburtstag hatte und ich erhielt eine kleine Geburtstagsüberraschung - super schön angerichtet - auf das Zimmer gestellt. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist perfekt organisiert.

מיקום מעולה, כ10 דקות הליכה מלב העיר העתיקה. חדרים וחדר מקלחון גדולים ומרווחים, נקיים, עם אספקה יומית של בקבוק מים לחדר. המיטות מאוד נוחות ארוחת בוקר עשירה (בופה) עם מגוון של אוכל צמחוני וגם אופציות טבעוניות.

הכריות יותר מידי רכות. התבקשנו לבחור מראש בין הזמנה של ארוחות בוקר לכל השהות שלנו (כלומר הזמנה של 3 מנות במחיר של 29 יורו לארוחה לבן אדם) לבין הזמנה של ארוחה בודדת במחיר של 36 יורו. כלומר לא הייתה גמישות לנסות לראות פעם אחת ולפי זה להחליט אם להוסיף עוד.

La ubicación es magnífica con cafeterias cercanas y comercios. Estás en el centro sin los inconvenientes de estar en el centro, y si has de ir a la ópera, ni lo dudes. Todo fantástico.

Every hotel floor has additional stairs up & down and we had stroller so bit of dificult bringing it every day few times up and down.

Great hotel to explore Vienna, especially for Christmas markets

Great staff, location is superb and great value for money. Strongly advise this hotel for any visit especially for Christmas markets. Great bar as well for relaxing and staff extremely helpful in all parts of hotel
