Perfect place to take a break from the busy city

Location, mountain views from the room and views in general from any place in the hotel were so beautiful. The territory is amazing, it’s green and has many activities to explore.

Both pools are small for my taste, but the view from the pool is very beautiful. AC in the room is super loud and is located right in front of the bed, so it blows on you while sleeping which was uncomfortable for me.

Worst Hote

Worst guess service i have experience in my life! I have traveled alot and stayed in 100's of hotels all over UAE before this and this is 1st time i had the worst experience. Felt like this hotel wanted to take room rent and then they are done with their duties. In start i had to wait in car for 10mins for vallet, then when no one came then I had to walk to reception to check if there is vallet service after which staff came to help in vallet and luggage. When leaving, it was 10mins past 12pm, i tried calling front desk to call someone to help with luggage, no one picked my call and then my phone itself they deactivated so can't call them again. I had to pick all my luggage myself and walk to reception in hot sun. NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN!!!!

Beautiful hotel with the best staff ever.

Lovely rooms, beautiful area. The staff are amazing, and so friendly. They will do anything to make you happy. The food (especially the evening food) is fantastic. I had one of the best steaks ever. The activities available are great for kids. Our two year old loved it. She did kite flying at sunset and a pony ride in the morning. We also fed the animals at the small farm. These animals are extremely well looked after by a fabulous man (Imaan I think?). He is so lovely and knowledgeable of the animals. We all loved it.

Our bathroom was covered in ants. We had housekeeping come multiple times to clear it but it was an extensive issue, and they came back very quickly. It made us not want to use the bathroom, we had to watch where we walked.

The ambiance, staff staff-friendly, and most are the managers on duty are very accommodating her name is ms Jackie. The hotel itself is beautiful and the food is delicious.

It is an older property but well taken care of. Staff is always cordial and helpful

The security always makes you feel like you are trespassing when you enter the property, not all but some of them. It is a hotel not a bank

Everything was good staff room

Everywhere green surrounded with HATTA mountains. Who was complaining about insects guys you are in mountain area so stop complaining.

Incredible area with a lot to explore. Every member of the hotel was welcoming and polite. Unfortunately I can’t recall all names. Neethu at SPA and Sunil were exceptional.

Perfect stay in Hatta

This hotel is great, quiet and perfect for rest. We fell asleep with crickets sounds and woke up with birds singing. Staff people were so kind and hospitable. I liked activities in the hotel, pets corner. Breakfast was very tasty. The room was spacious and comfortable.

В номере было довольно холодно, на полу плитка, не очень подходит для детей.

Lovely stay

Service was great. Staff were helpful and went above to help with any queries. Feels like stepping back in time. Tetra cabins allow great views of Hatta sign and mountains.

Dinner restaurant we should have pre booked as was extremely busy.

A lovely hotel for a short stay in Hatta

We could only access the family pool but we really appreciated the pool. The view when swimming is really amazing. Jeema is an excellent restaurant that we warmly recommend (excellent food and service). Breakfast was also very good. Last the bedroom in a chalet style was very quiet.

Not worth the money, food is terrible

The location was really good and adult pool was nice

Food was terrible for charging so much money to stay there it should be table service and not buffets. Not worth the value it sets per night very disappointed.

A lovely stay at JA Hatta Fort with only minor niggles

Great location for Hatta attractions. Rooms need mosquito repellent - breakfast in restaurant fine but coffee machine needs an update Staff very friendly and helpful Dinner option - good vfm - ignore the surcharge on the menu for Steak etc (it is no longer applicable)

Top notch dinner, very nice amenities, great staff

I booked a stay for a discounted price just before the season started, which made the trip absolutely worth it. The full price might be a little too expensive, but there are many activities during the season that could compensate it. The room was just like in the pictures, all the amenities were there and even the cosmetics provided are of a very good quality! A lavazza coffee machine is a good bonus as well :) The staff is just the best, very helpful and friendly. The hotel’s territory is huge and very well maintained, I liked the pool a lot. The best part was the dinner in Jeema restaurant (included in halfboard and very well worth it). It was so exquisite! The menu is diverse, even with some positions absent we had a good choice. Food was absolutely delicious! My husband also got a surprise cake for his birthday 🥰 We also got drinks at the bar, the barmen was nice and we liked the cocktails. Breakfast was nice too, but much simpler than the dinner, and more crowded.

It’s not the hotel’s responsibility of course, but I only recommend visiting if you have a car. You can reach just none of the Hatta attractions on foot and there is really nothing beyond the hotel’s territory. It might be different during the season, but I’m sharing my experience.

Diese Anlage ist jeden Cent wert. Besser geht es nicht.

Es war alles, aber auch wirklich alles, perfekt. Ein sehr üppiges und reichhaltiges Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Das Abendessen (Halbpension) war mit drei Gängen und zwei Zwischengängen mehr als ausreichend und von sehr guter Qualität. Das Zimmer konnte durch seine Größe und Ausstattung überzeugen. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und wie ein Park angelegt. Sportliche Aktivitäten und Entspannung sind hier gleichermaßen möglich. Und zum Schluß die Mitarbeiter. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Ein perfekter Service rund um die Uhr .

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer könnte leiser arbeiten.

الفندق فاق توقعاتي جميل جداً وممتاز ..انصح بزيارته ممتازة جدا… يصلح للعائله والمتزوجين حديثًا..اعجبني ولم اتوقع انه بهذه الكفاءة العاليه والترتيب والهدووء وتعامل الموظفين راقي جداً

مدخل الفندق و السيارات في واجهة الفندق اتمنى تغيرها لانها مشوهه لمنظر للفندق عاكس الجمال العالي للفندق اتمنى تغيرها بنفس ديكورات ونظام الفندق من الداخل التي على شكل احجار و وضع أشجار الجهنميات بشكل جميل فقط

-The room was very nice and comfortable ,the staff were friendly and the location was easy to reach -The swimming pool was chilled and there was a little bar , the bar attendant was very helpful and friendly

-people were allowed to swim with their cloths on and not swim cloths which is unacceptable in a family pool -The food was horrible , the half board included breakfast and lunch or dinner and the dinner didn’t include even juice , no beverages at all , kids food was not good and tasteless . in addition the room didn’t have enough water or coffee no milk or coffee mate - we tried to see the animals but twice we go at the schedule provided and there is no one there or it’s not time for feeding.
