Beautiful location and room with excellent staff and views.

Amazing Alpine view. On site restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Centrally located in town. Lovely balcony off the room.

Parking was limited. Took more than one elevator to reach the 4th floor. I can't really say anything else negative.

Tolles Wochenende in den Bergen

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Ehrwald. Wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf die Zugspitze von unserem Balkon. Das Abendessen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank

Sehr schönes Hotel für einen Kurztrip und absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel war sehr gut gelegen, konnte gut gefunden werden und mit dem freundlichen Personal ein gelungen Start in das Wochenende. Das Zimmer war schön sauber und hatte auch eine gute Größe und einen schönen Balkon, von welchen wir die Aussicht auf die Alpen genießen konnten.

Der Parkplatz war praktikabel aber nicht unbedingt einladend, jedoch ausreichend. Der Service und die Qualität das angeschlossenen Restaurant war super, jedoch im Vergleich zu anderen Lokalen im Ort zu preisintensiv / teuer.

Lovely property in great location. Staff were all very helpful.

Jederzeit wieder.

Sowohl die Einzelzimmer als auch das Doppelzimmer sind wunderbar stylisch und trotzdem supergemütlich eingerichtet. Das Hotel lässt fast keine Wünsche offen.

Das es bei unseren Aufenthalt sehr warm war hätte ich mir Klimatisierung gewünscht.

Very nice rooms and a great restaurant

Rooms were quite new and looked amazing. We had a great view of the mountains. Dinner was also amazing. I have a lactose intolerance and the staff made sure I get some alternatives. Wellness area is also clean and spacious.

Not much to complain. Maybe it was a little bit pricey but it was Easter so I guess the room prices are higher than normal.

I was really disappointed about simply everything. As a little boy I've stayed there with my parents, for many years and about 25 years ago, I've stayed there with my wife and 2 daughters. The hotel needed some refreshments. Some has been done, others not. It;s a missed opportunity to upgrade overall the hotel.

Superb

Very nice room., comfy bed and marvelous views from our balcony.. Room is very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Ehrwald is perfect located to explore the Zugspitze and the Ehrwalder Alm.

Unfortunately the bar and restaurant were closed the first 2 days of our visit. Due to the limited amount off restaurants in village you have to book a table in advance if you want a meal at your preferred/chosen restaurant. Limited amount of places in the village to have a drink in the evening.

A first hotel we visited twice

An outstanding mountain valley view from the room. Please notice - not all rooms have it - only those with balconies. Ask for upgrade on the desk. Excellent SPA. Breakfast is also nice.

The room we booked on a site- we didn't like - it was too small with two little windows. Luckily it was solved. It may be not easy to book a dinner also because is a public restaurant. May be half-board could be an option to keep your table booked.

Super friendly hotel. Great location.

Very friendly staff. The hotel is partly being renovated, but it caused no nuisance. Very comfortable rooms with spectacular views. Very easy to accommodate our bicycles (which we are travelling on).

The fridge was not installed yet and there was no kettle for making tea.

Breakfast and diner were fine, the wellness is absolutely fabulous. Staff could be more alert, everybody very friendly but not to quick with serving drinks etc.

We had a room on the front, the traffic noise (something the hotel can not avoid) was annoying. The snowshovel started at 5.45, so we had an early start..... If possible ask for a room on the back of the hotel

- SPA areas is very nice and a key value point - Strategic position in the center of the village, close to everything needed - Structure beauty in traditional wooden decoration, interiors furnishing, room space and view on the mountains - Kindness and service of the restaurant staff - Wine selection was good

- Information of the hotel facilities and other attractions of the area + general level of service and kindness at the reception was not as a 4 starts should offer - A bit more knowledge of English would help to attract international clients - The restaurant service and food proposals at breakfast and dinner were not at the level of a renowed boutique hotel in my opinion (no homemade cakes and sweats and / or product of the Tyrol area for breakfast + confused menu with improbable "ravioli" and "saltimbocca" for dinner)

Enjoyable stay

The property is located in the center of Ehrwald which makes it very easy to walk through the village. We also enjoyed the wellness facilities very much.

The pillows were a bit too soft and flat for my taste. I would prefer a second pillow or a higher one.

Amazing view from the rooms, beautiful location. The hotel looks very new and fresh, beautiful decor, attention to detail, very clean and comfortable rooms. Very comfy beds. The staff is very polite. Would definitely stay here again!
