موظفة الاستقبال جدا مبتسمه ورائعه وخدومه احببت المكان منها الغرف نظيفة ويوجد بها شرفه المكان مريح انصح به للعوائل والعزاب موقف سيارات متوفره خلف الفندق وامام الفندق جدا خدومين ومريحين

لايوجد مصعد مما اتعبني حمل الحقائب جدا فقط لاشي اكثر

Toller, herzlicher Service und für meine Tour sehr gut untergekommen.

Der Service ist sehr gut. Habe spät gebucht und war froh, dass man mir ein Zimmer für eine Nacht angeboten hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet für alle etwas und man bekommt Kaffee oder Tee so viel man will. Obwohl die Rezeption bereits geschlossen war, hat alles gut geklappt. Auch Getränke standen im Kühlschrank bereit sowie ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu essen.

Nettes Hotel in idealer Lage für Ausflüge im Zugspitzgebiet

Tolle Lage in einem schönen Dorf mit Blick auf die Berge. Verschiedene Restaurants in Laufweite. Bahnhof der Zugspitzbahn und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Family-owned businesses. Very friendly and accommodating. Checking at all times that all was okay. The location was excellent for what I needed. Lots of places to eat around the town.

Great, comfortable weekend away with my furry friends.

Great location with a family feel. The owner was very welcoming to me, my dog and cat. The single room was big enough for all of us and very clean!

Ear plugs are a must!! Bed was also quite hard with a very soft pillow.

Superb

The location is beautiful and close to Zugspitze and Eibsee. The room was clean and spacious. It is close to several hiking trails and the hotel offers guest cards for free public transport and some discounts.

The price for the night was quite high but so was everything in the area.

Perfect place to stay

Great location, super easy to just walk to lots of places. Lots of good walking tracks nearby as well. It has a nice retro aesthetic but is super clean. Breakfast was pretty generous i’m the mornings and the staff were lovely. I don’t think I could fault my stay!

Overall it was a pleasant stay if not high expectation, bit expensive but that’s just the area.

Location convenient for visiting nearby sights like Eibsee, Zugspitze and Wankbahn etc. Easy walk to a few nearby restaurants. Hosts were very friendly and the accommodation has a traditional feel and character (if that’s what you like); the balcony to the room was lovely with a partial view of the alps.

Beds were very thin and creaked a lot when I moved, so it was hard to sleep. The bedroom is quite small and hard to open two regular size luggage bags on the floor. The ceiling to the bedroom was very low so for two fairly tall people it felt a bit claustrophobic. The walls are not so sound proof so we could hear people walking around and other rooms shower etc. The carpets and curtains appear very old so I question the cleanliness but otherwise everything else was clean. Note there is no lift and luggage must be carried up the stairs.

Both of the owners of the hotel were extremely helpful especially when we had a flight cancellation due to a strike at Munich airport. Their service was first rate.

The heating didn't work and our room was freezing cold. Breakfast was ok but definitely not worth the price of 15€.

It was a pleasant holiday, so I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The personal was very polite, friendly and helpful. I like this hotel room and accommodations. Everything was clear and the view from the balcony was wonderful and breathtaking.

A comfy stay in the heart of Grainau.

The location is great for exploring the area and right by our favorite restaurant, Spatzenhäusl. The room was spacious and clean and we could see the mountains. The staff was very friendly.

Some updates are needed and the restaurant wasn’t open due to not having enough staff. The place has so much potential, so I hope the needed help is found. Little things could have made a difference. For example, the toilet brush was very old and needs replaced.

Trip to Zugspitze

Room size is great, breakfast very nice and breakfast room very cosy. Staff super friendly.

Bed wasn't very comfortable and rooms and bathroom is a bit dated

The location is convienient for tourists to the Eibsee and Zugspitz.

The WIFI is really bad.

Really nice hotel

Breakfast was awesome and the room was nice and super clean. Really nice place to stay overall and really close to the Zugspitze and Eibsee

Had a hard time finding the way in at night. Key only works for one of the four doors and the lighting wasn't great. Once we got help getting in everything was fine.

Very good

Spacious, comfortable 2 room suite with balcony. Great breakfast and restaurant. I would stay there again. Great deal.

Stairwell to room smelled bad. Room smelled ok if kept windows open. Probably temporary. Room 29. Internet adequate to check mail at browse but could not stream a Netflix show. I would still stay there again. Picture is view from balcony.
