Well located, charming residence, integrated in community

Interesting concept of integration of hotel with seniors community residence with shared dining facility. We didn't use spa etc but room and bathroom were of generous size to presumably allow for easier mobility of a resident or guest. Clean. Nice balcony with garden view. We didn't know there was a sunshade on outer balcony to keep room cooler. It would have been nice to know or to have a fan. Excellent breakfast. Charming place but different from hotel feel. Centrally located, quiet.

The facilities were good and the location was great

The room had no kettle. For the money paid I expected that. The breakfast options were quite sad with only cold breakfast options (eggs were the only warm breakfast). Fresh fruits were sparse. The breakfast staff were extremely rude giving priority to their group bookings. Even when requested (since I was travelling with two senior citizens) they wanted us to sit all the way back at the breakfast table.

Excellent accommodation in great location.

Friendly staff at breakfast. Good breakfast buffet. Modern room furnishings. Right next to bus stop with frequent service.

Room felt a little stuffy and not able to change pre-set temperature.

Lovely location

Excellent location. Easy access to interlaken ost. They used to keep fruits in the corridor for travellers

Great hotel. Train station is a few blocks away for easy access to the surrounding area.

The room was lovely overlooking a courtyard and very spacious after so many days of tiny hotel rooms. Great breakfasts in a large spacious common room filled with natural light.

This exceeded our expectations on many levels. All good!

The breakfast was nice, the room spacious and comfortably furnished. The staff was very helpful and explained us every of our questions. Just a small warning, our family room had a wheelchair-compatible bathroom, maybe you may want to check this when booking a family room. The location is practical for Interlaken Ost.

Room is clean and facility is good, although one of the 2 jacuzzi was not working so there was a long line for it.

Breakfast quality was ok. Not enough selection.

Daily room cleaning can be improved. Body lotion and hair conditioner should be provided. Kettle in the room is desirable.

Best location, best experience

We love the location and the scenery from our room! The room is clean and spacious. We love the breakfast and the people there. They’re so friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable stay with spacious rooms and good variety of breakfast !

We enjoyed the breakfast very much. Variety of breads, hams, cheese, eggs and juices. The hotel is well maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful which makes everything a lot easier.

Location is a bit far from Interlaken train station (especially when dragging along luggage) and town.

Superb

Breakfast spread is decent. Rooms are large and clean, with a nice balcony to soak in the surroundings. Location is quiet except for church bells that also chime through the night. We also enjoyed having a bus stop right at the doorstep of the property which brought great convenience.

Hotel Artos

For a wheelchair user it was exceptionally accessible. Breakfast was good. Bibliobar was useful. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel restaurant was fixed menu.

Nice place to stay in Interlaken.

It’s just 10 minute-walk from Interlaken Ost Station or you can easily get a bus which takes just a few minutes. The room is perfectly clean and spacious. The beddings are comfy.

It’d be better if they provided an electric kettle in the room.
